Because of no public transport in Sharjah there's no reason to book hotel in the center of Sharjah. However, Sahara's location is pretty good if you stay there only for sleeping. It's close to bus station, opposite of the hotel there's small supermarket. If you need sea/beach it's not the right place The staff was very pleasant. The view from the window was just another building. The room was clean. The only defects I found out were small uneven paintings on the mirror in the batroom. Taxi from hotel to Sharjah airport cost around 33dhm. Internet is not free.

Am staying in saudi arabia, I have holiday with my family in uae for Dubai shopping festival, I and my family enjoy our 5 days stay in Sahara Hotel in sharjah. Sahara hotel is full worth for your money and the hotel is located in the heart of the sharjah city at clock tower. The staff is very good and co-operative. The room clean service is good. The buffet breakfast is very good. Check in takes only 15 minutes for me as I informed the hotel by phone half hour before I reach the hotel.If this hotel continue the good service I will sure like to visit again in same hotel after reading the reviews from visitor of last one month. Parking area is small compared to rooms in hotel, but it mind to peoples who travel by their car, for me there is no problem as didnt take my car. I found difficulty to get kabbah direction for prayer but later I found mark on the edge of work desk in the room. During room cleaning more room freshner need to spread to eliminate unwanted smell.

Price only. You do not feel you are staying at a hotel. It is just an average room at the house of your not-so-rich friend. I booked at a discounted price, and it does not deserve more than that. Breakfast buffet lacks variety. We just had a look then decided to have breakfast outside the hotel.

Excellent location and very clean and spacious rooms The location is great and the book parking for my car. The only thing which needs improvement is the check in procedure. It took long time and seems the staff are not well trained ,in special the payment issue the room allocation. In the booking.com they mentioned that we have late checkout option included in the published room rate, But once I have asked to check late they start bargaining for extra charges!? Which I really do not like it.

Parking space and room rates Slow reception staff (filipina), carpet stinks, towels are old. I booked for executive de luxe room but they have provided a standard room. The room condition is not worth for the price.
