1)When I receive the room I found a broken faucet in the bathroom 2)In the 2nd. day of my stay I found my room without towels,I asked the house keeping to provide me with the towels at 11 p.m but I left the hotel at 6 a.m without supplying the towels. 3)The TV channels are all very bad (you can't watch any clear channel) 4)The carpet in the roon is dirty

Location- it is closer to eateries and grocery stores Terrible! Bed bugs, renovations, three staffs working the whole complex, bad customer service!- Stay away for now, the hotel was called Sahara hotel but now Nejoum al Emarat- this confuses the heck out of taxi drivers!

1. Nothing at all. Except location the location. 1. Staff are not are not friendly and nog approchable. 2. Sauna not working 3. Gym Equipments not working as well on 2 machines are working. 4.Room are not clean and the bathroom as well.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Hotel is located near many shops, restaurants, etc. Room is serviced daily on request. Good value for money. Free Parking I had reservedfor a longer time and paid in advance upon arrival at the hotel. Due to circumstances I had to shorten my stay. I filed this request with Booking.com and the inquiry was handled by Leila Habbouche. She was very very helpful and arranged this request for me successfully. I would like to thank her for this.

central location there was no coffe/tea facilities, housekeepers came one day at 9.30 am, second day at 5 pm..., bathroom very dated, windows very dirty, during my stay i had to go every day for new key to enter my room ,which I was not pleased of . they offer free shuttle bus to and from beach -but there was no lift from the beach , had to use taxi. pricing incorrect. overall i am very dissappoined from this stay.

i like the prize. it very affordable for me and my wife. the smell of the lobby, seems like dogs are staying and playing in the lobby. the room service, they give so little ice. we called the extension 4. and they said they will give ice, and then they went to our room to and they said to call extension 4.. for what??? we already called..

It was the worst hotel ever in my life specially their staff at the reception ms reena they took my Credit card pre-authrozation already but when I called to the hotel same day before my ceck-in she refuse my booking without checking in the system & told me they dont have my booking with them but when I showed them the mesg then she checked & she found it finally this thing make me very upset as my husband was already in the flight & hotel said I dont have any booking. I m not going to use this hotel in my life its sure.

Rooms were clean, and comfortable. Good value for the price. Had trouble getting a room key and no could tell me why I couldn't have one. Made it difficult to leave the room because you then had to get the front desk to let you back in. Weird!
