My second night at the hotel the owner of the hotel was having people over for a party at the floor my room was on. I called to complain about the noise at 1am, 2am and at 4am. Then I was informed by reception that it was friends of the owner and they couldn't do anything. At 4.30am I had to go and sleep in a different room. The hotel offered no compensation for that. When I asked for it, they said, that I didn't have to pay for my breakfast, but then it turned out that I paid for it as part of my booking, they retraced that statement and made me pay anyway. Most unprofessional place I have ever stayed. Seems that the owner really has no regards for his guests unless they are friends.

The price is great and the location is convinients I didn't like the smell of tobacco in the room and there was no water offered for drinking, I had to buy water from outside. Overall it's cheap and good for a one night stay, but you can do better if you are with family or staying longer

we flew in late at night and needed a place to sleep before we headed for Al Ain, it was a wonderful value, Clean, nice staff, and we were able to do our laundry before heading home.

The bed sheets and towels were clean. The fridge was stocked with basics like water, juice, cola's, red bull, chocolates and packs of chips. The prices for minibar items reasonable. The place is pretty run down especially the rooms. The furniture is very old ...sofa's lumpy and stained. The location of the property does not allow for sunlight to come into the rooms and that makes the place fairly depressing. The rooms are small. Toiletries average. On scale of 1 - 10, I would rate these hotel apartments at 2 at most. There are much better apartments available for same money and within the same neighborhood. . Definitely not worth the 130$ or approximately 500Dhs per night.

Only 2 thing good in this hotel. First it's near Mall of the Emirates. Second it's close to sharaf DG metro station There is a shared balacony between rooms which is not safe. Rooms are not clean !

The price and the spacious room.. The gym supervisor..as he was unpleasant..we accidentally wet the floor and my goodness we received irritating words in the early morning... And I think he was not happy to have the visitors to use the gym's facility or maybe only to US....but all in all the the stay was worthwhile from the staff in reception down to the housekeeping...but that fellow ruined my comment.

The Seven Sands is a great place as it is situated in a quiet area but is in close proximity to Emirates Mall and train station. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. No kettle or mugs in the rooms! (cups were small). Passing on of information from front desk to maintenance or other front desk personnel was not relayed.

Bad stay if you were expecting quality. Less than clean rooms, spacious but no enough attention to tidiness or beauty. I had to check out earlier than my booking and lose money just to move my family to somewhere cleaner
