Seven Sands Hotel is decorated with different themes and colors, each representing a different Emirate of the country. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment! Normally I would book a simple hotel room, but from now on Seven Sands will be my chosen Dubai weekend accommodation. Clean, spacious, and welcoming. All at a great price!

Improve maintenance and cleanliness. Quality of food, hygeine and price needs lot of improvement. Does not have Internet facility in rooms.Sanitary in the bath room is very old. Shower curtain has never been changed; it is smelly.

The location is great, 5 minutes walking to the metro, small restaurants and cold stores nearby The staff does not know his job! When I check out he didn't give me my id that cause me miss my flight! And bare the cost of buying one way ticket to travel next day. Unexpected from management seem to be professional

location I had extended my stay for one more day, paid the money, and when i came to my room at night found my door card was stopped and the reason "I did not pay the money" as stated by the Reception which I did not like the answer…

The room was specious A/C was bad , blanket and sheet was not clean, bad smell in the room and the furniture was old. The should change the description from Deluxe 1-Bedroom Apartment to very poor Bedroom Apartment . Note , the visit was in Jun 2011. Don't Go

The location of the hotel, its very near to Sharaf DG metro station. Bus Stop, restaurants etc. The hotel does not practice good methods of cleanliness, there are dirty spots on the floor, and walls near lifts, and stairs overall are dirty. There are bugs in the beds

My second night at the hotel the owner of the hotel was having people over for a party at the floor my room was on. I called to complain about the noise at 1am, 2am and at 4am. Then I was informed by reception that it was friends of the owner and they couldn't do anything. At 4.30am I had to go and sleep in a different room. The hotel offered no compensation for that. When I asked for it, they said, that I didn't have to pay for my breakfast, but then it turned out that I paid for it as part of my booking, they retraced that statement and made me pay anyway. Most unprofessional place I have ever stayed. Seems that the owner really has no regards for his guests unless they are friends.

The location was very close to the mall of Emirates. The apartment was clean No free wifi in he rooms, they ask me to re-pay because they have a technical issue. No other services(tea stuff in the kitchen) I booked the fixed price so stuck with hotel

stench of urine in toilet in apartment, main bathroom ok. Room decor dark and in need of serious upgrade. Stains on chairs and burn marks on table, sofa well worn and stale smell. Main bedroom ok. Safe didn't work, hairdryer requested from reception also didn't work. Breakfast was shockingly bad This is a 1 star hotel. Staff that assisted with luggage where the best part of the hotel. They should check out the Holiday Inn 500 yards away on how a hotel should be, this is a disappointing hotel for Dubai and would not recommend it

Great hotel based on location, size of rooms, near to Metro Stations and major shopping complex. Very calm area and clean room. Highly recommended for people not searching for high luxuries or gourmet restaurants. Maybe appliances and furniture are a bit old, but they are in good shape. Breakfast also could have a bit more options, but I guess it depends on demand of guests.

I would rate it in general 6 out of 10, yet the resturant/breakfast facility 3 out of 10. To be frank the staff are too kind and frindly. The Salam or Salamah Namsti Resturant was very poor.

I do not understand how a place that has been built for only a relatively short time can look so shabby. This clearly shows how poorly built and maintained this place was. Holes in the ceiling, in the wall, badly mismatched furniture, a very strong smell of curry permeated the very fibre of the building. Even though I got a significant discount it was still overpriced and very depressing to spend time there. Location is also poor with roadworks everywhere. Staff were very polite and tried their best.
