Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort    

Sitting beside the pool was a good idea, the atmosphere was good.

It was a dry day, so we couldn't have a drink on the pool. We were there for Wael jassar concert, the food was poor and the service as well.

I wasn't happy with the hotel. .the kitchenette is so empty their's no kitchenware and the cooker is not working for safety issue I dont know why it exist from the start if they wl not activated it ...no covered parking ....no bath splash. ....but the only good thing in it that they keep ask u aday before which time u like to send some one to take ur luggage and they ask morning also and back again at 11 am..so its like asking u to go out

We booked suite with kitchen but nothing is working in it.. Rooms are too small.. Nothing availble in the rooms such as toothbrush and othrr things that traveler might needed.. also as a muslims we need water in toilet ! Its the first and last time ..

Having to leave. Not being able to swim in the sea at 6.30 am when i had a 20 hr flight home and had to leave at 8.00 am

The non-smoking room we stayed in had an excellent bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.

We have stayed at this hotel many times before and felt that the breakfast has slipped in terms of quality of the cooked pork products (the bacon was over cooked). Check-in process was less efficient than experienced previously. It is a shame that the Sheraton Corniche is now crowded out by towers on neighboring plots under construction.

Our overall experience was an extremely enjoyable one & would surely reconsider staying at this hotel when back to Abu Dhabi! *The pools area is a very relaxing & beautiful one

I didnt like the way staff on the onset took money from me despite having my CC info, they said we want to block money, also about the mini bar that will u use it or not, should we lock it, i mean these things dont happen in five star hotel. The room was also very small totally different what was shown in pics once asked to change they said we cannot do anything. Also i booked for resort view i was told that u have not booked the reaort view once i showed them the confirmation then the agree, i wont stay in this hotel even for free now

Location was great, nice jogging path. Many options for dining, rooms were comfortable.
