The staff are extremely friendly, good friendly check in, good choice of restaurants and bars, nice clean pool and beach. |

Beautiful Arcitecture and Interior desine. Fantastic customor servise, easy accesible bill review during stay, make stay pleasurable.. Reception bench - slow. No board that say that the tables that is sitting down are acctauly the reception benches. Most hotels in the uae' s check in time is after 2 pm, not 3 pm. |

I liked the swimming pool, especially for the kids and that the hotel has the private beach. Excellent for families with children! The room had a bad smell and I don't know what it was. I told the cleaner about it and he spayed the room with the air freshener, which helped for few minutes only (of course!). And I did not like that you had to pay for the internet. I think, paying that price, people could have free access to the internet. Also, the hotel rates are too high. |

The service, food, the room and specifically the shower and big bath. The staff were first class and theb ambience was execellent. This hotel is worth going back to on a regular basis. The breakfast buffet is worth re-thinking as the layout is confusing. |

The location is excellent for shopping trips and the beach and swimming pools are very good for families. The service at the beach and swimming pool areas was poor, generally one had to go looking for a waiter. |

Nice spa swiming pool and beach.i never was swiming in any beach .but swiming in sheraton beach ana sea was unforgoten and excelent experience. Just size of room was small compare to other same cllas hotels. |

The reception staff was very prompt in assisting me with any issues that I had. Although undermanned, the beachcomber's staff was excellent attending to all of the customers in a systematic method leaving everyone satisfied. I highly suggest some form of recognition for these guys who work hard day in and day out. Their actions reflect a positive image of the Sheraton Abu Dhabi hotel and resort and all it's affiliates. |
