Ok where would I start, first morning I was there, I got an electric shock from the hairdryer, I ended up on floor knocked out after hitting head on sink! Responding from hotel manager" sorry about that" 2nd, was asleep with flu in bed and woke up to find a man standing at end of bed- I screamed he insisted he was checking mini bar which may I add had been removed at check in!! Response from hotel manager oh sorry bout this! Will go to head office over my experience!

Decor and design beautiful. The Pool was also lovely at the top and the pool side food was excellent although I would like to see a little more choice. The prositutes in the Bars

Location I have to wait until 3pm in order to get to the room.imagine after 15h flying and you have to more than 6h to enter your room.Beside you have to evacuate the room at 12 noon which means you stay less than a day and the food was not perfect for this type of hotel.And after all it is not cheap,and it should not be classified as 5 stars hotel

Mostly everything!! Few staff (like bath tab, carpet) could have been in better condition or replaced. Also, guys who are cleaning sometimes forget to bring for example the No of towels... General opinion is excellent!!!

Price & Location I can say that this one of the worst Sheraton I had ever seen. The slow and inconvinient service I experienced does not refelect the hotel brand. I have booked a king size bed but they gave me room with twin beds. One night the valet service refused to park my car pretending that they have no more places! I saw them parking the cars of disco clients but not their own guests!! Basic services like unadjustable water temperature of and low water pressure made taking shower like a nightmare. At check up they over charged my bill by some mini bar items items which I did not consume, than it took them 30 mins to double check internally and realize their mistake. Embarassing!

I liked the front desk personnel. My bathroom was not clean: Tub and sink was dirty. Sheraton should switch to firmer pillows (pillows were very worn). Power went out in my room twice leaving me without television, clock, & lights. I am a big fan of the Sheraton Deira Hotel Dubai but my stay was the worse I ever experienced. Housekeeping needs to be more detailed while cleaning the bathrooms...

It provided quiet a relaxing atmosphere as the rooms were pretty comfortable and clean. We enjoyed out stay thoroughly and loved the early breakfasts, made our trip quiet special. The decor is interesting as well as the activities and facilities provided. You could try rearranging the entrance set up by making it more lively, welcoming and prestigious looking. The late night clubs were kind of disturbing due to their heavy music pounding against our bedroom walls and ceilings. And it would have been great if internet was available in the rooms as well and not only the club lounge.

Nice lokation. Hotel ok. We had the clubdeal with breakfast and evening snacks and that was nice. Wonderful hotel and nice and helpful staff. We got a non smoking room which we wanted but it smelled of smoke so they gave us a suite for free. Thank you to the hotel for everything.

service at the club lounge location , really bad the airplanes flying over every 5 minutes, because of cheap rate for club room did not get all the benefits, like newspaper, slippers etc. This is a bad policy

The location for business is great close to the business district and to sharjah. Close to shopping centers, but afterall all Dubai is a big shopping Mall. It has a night club that cannot let you sleep, very loud music reach inside the room, also they lack room commidities like soap, towels....etc. The internet room charge very expensive 40dhs per 1 hour that is more than $10. the wifi in the club lounge need pass word and limited to 2 hrs you have to keep asking for pass words and the net very slow. The breakfast selection very limited, and not worth booking club room.

Yeah it w as good to be there for a week or so. The best part was location and value for money. The service was quick I must say breakfast must have been served to whatever it may the category is. Spa can be improved. Otherwise it is good to be stayed at.. cheers..

Very nice and clean hotel. Very helpful people. Not located in crowded place. Free transport from hotel to dubai mall and burj dubai. Breakfast costs too much. Swimming pool quite small. Quite far from malls I visited and had to pay a lot for daily city travels.
