Sheraton Deira Hotel Dubai  

It provided quiet a relaxing atmosphere as the rooms were pretty comfortable and clean. We enjoyed out stay thoroughly and loved the early breakfasts, made our trip quiet special. The decor is interesting as well as the activities and facilities provided.

You could try rearranging the entrance set up by making it more lively, welcoming and prestigious looking. The late night clubs were kind of disturbing due to their heavy music pounding against our bedroom walls and ceilings. And it would have been great if internet was available in the rooms as well and not only the club lounge.

There services are excellent and their staff are very polite and kind.

I just deslike their policy on internet in club rooms, that is you can only use free wifi at their lounge or you have to pay for internet.

Location was exactly what I needed - but is NOT convenient for down town Dubai and I think is a little way from central Deira. Buffet meals are good value espoecially the 'with alcohol' options. Roof top pool/bar staff very friendly, Add on for the Club benefits is decent value for 2 people. Front desk very helpful in changing rooms.

Some things are an absolute rip off - internet charges and bottled water. For the latter any nearby supermarket offers the same for less than 10% of the Sheraton's price. Lots of inside facing rooms which face on to either restaurant or courtyard.

The cleaniness and tidyness of the room as well as staff friendlyness beside the excellent bargain i got through booking.com , i managed to get price of three nights with breakfast less than price of one night for ordinary check in

the staff attitude was outstanding and their willing to help the guest all the i time made our stay perfect their politeness and help was perfect,

the bed was not comfortable at all and the main room maintenance statues as since we arrived the bedside phone was not working but didn't ask to fix it as we had other phone in the room , the TV signal was always irritated ,i think, also that you should work to change the service book as it looks too old and most of all what i didn't like is the wireless internet service as it was not available that disconnected us from our work for the period of our stay

Hotel provides visa support.

Wi-fi is not working properly and very expensive. Staff is very slowly on check-in. Rooms looks tired.

Car valet staff there were so friendly ..

Room service , I asked for a baker basket the first morning and it was full of bread. But the next day I order the same order and it was half empty. Also when I call room service they didnt answer me as a gust one of the guys there (male) I dont want to say his name , he was rude and didnt answer my order directly . I also asked my booking to be a high floor but , unfortunatly it was in the 2 floor and so noisey not from the music of the night club but from the next door room there was only one dood seperate us , one night the poeple at room next door where trying to open this door.

Hotel staff was nice and the club level breakfast was really great to have every morning. Supermarket within walking distance as well as the metro.

Hotel is directly in the flight path of the airport. Planes going over the hotel constantly. 'Suite' is used way to liberally. My suite was a room. The hotel is 20 minutes away from the Dubai Mall by taxi which is an hour by the metro. Emirates Mall was double the distance I was told. I didn't take the time to find out. If you want to go to the malls daily there are closer hotels.

Only used the hotel for a one night stop over and chose it for proximity to airport. Was an excellent stay however, we got upgraded to a suite free of charge, all of the staff were friendly and gave great service. Room and facilities are excellent would definitely stay here again

How about I tell you what I didnt like about Sheraton Deira.......It has a night club on the ground floor on the left wing of the hotel which starts at 9.00pm and ends 3.00am, the first night for was a nightmare as I could hear and feel the bass of the night club music in my room on the 3rd floor, however when I complained about the noise the next day they promptly changed my room to the oppsite wing and every night slept like a baby.
