The interior design is very nice , staff is cooperative , the club is nice decoration, but the swimming pool is small in line with the hotel name ( sheraton chain of hotels) |

The staff are very friendly and helpful,all seemed to speak English too.Excellent rooftop pool/bar area.Comfortable air conditioned rooms. |

Great value- good food- great roftop terrace The rooftop terrace would be much improved if it stayed open later- many people wanted to stay up there later and enjoy the cool late evening temperatures. |

Breakfast was great! Fold out bed was not ready. Recommend sending email to hotel to ensure they get request. Once put in, all perfect. |

Staff very attentive My room smelled so horribly like smoke that it was nausiating. The discription of the location should mention that you are not conveniantly located to the attractions. Not in a good area to get out and walk. Loud wedding music playing into the late hours of the night seem to penetrate the walls with ease. Airplane noise a definate negative. |

I don't like for charging AED 90 a night for internet. It is not fair!. The TV Guide channel in the hotel is very Boring, because there was no entertainment channel in hotel (for example MBC Group). |

It's a nice hotel in close proximity to Dubai Airport, which made getting in and out convenient. My flight was rather late arriving and I had no troubles checking in well after midnight - the staff was courteous and efficient. |

Staff is always excellent and helpful. Room service was excellent as well. During this visit, the main restraunt was undergoing renovations. So there were some fumes coming from there into the lobby that were a little powerful. And because of the construction, the hours were changed. |
