Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers  

Staff is very friendly and very helpful. I liked the burger sandwich they do at kitchen.

Some noise at early morning

Main problem for me was the air conditioner was near the bed and after one night I fill cold.

Great hotel with kind staff. Spacious, clean and tidy. Great restaurants, in particular the japanise where the staff was extremely kind.

2 negative situations faced during my stay. An problem to the hotel server that made internet down during my arrival and on the last day. My room was close to a room under repair, therefore some noise in the morning (but only after 9 am) where coming through the wall/door.

Close to the airport. Efficient check-in and check-out. Good location as the hotel is close to the shopping areas about 10 minutes on foot. You can also take a quiet evening stroll on the creek. Staff helpful and courteous.

No shower for the commode in the bathroom. Iron board not clean.

The Lounge was perfect and evenso the breakfast restuarant

Excellent welcome & service. All Staff extremely polite, helpful and professional. Cleanliness was of prime importance and all Staff excelled in the tasks for which they were responsible. Nothing was forgotten. The decor in the Hotel is beautiful and creates a relaxing, luxurious feel and is a wonderful place to return to after a busy day. The Hotel is conveniently located with all attractions easily accessible by public transport.We celebrated our Wedding Anniversary at the Hotel and a surprise celebratory cake (delicious) was sent to our room for us to enjoy - it was a great surprise and completely unexpected. These extra touches are so much appreciated and made our stay so special. We welcome the experience of our next stay at Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel. Thank you all so much.

Everything about the whole experience of staying at Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel was so much more than we ever expected or have ever experienced before. It will be an experience we will never forget.

The service provided by the staff was outstanding. Check in was a bit slow but we were given very early check in so I really shouldn't complain. We were a group of three families and we were given three connected rooms which was awesome and as for the rooms they were spacious and clean. The TV had a lot of channels suiting all ages and tastes. This hotel is so worth your money.

The pillows could be a bit fluffier. I found the furniture to be a little dated but didn't really care much. Breakfast was overpriced and the variety was very limited :(. Those issues mentioned were not really a big deal but are worth mentioning when considering future renovations.

it was not comfortable at all . imagine that 8 in the morning i heard voices of hammering and cutting woods next to my room i called the receptions and told them about it 3 times but only what was heard from them they will stop it now last time i told them if i heard it again i will check out . then after 5 min again i heard the noise .. directly i went down 4 check out the weird things that no one apologize and at least say we will change ur room to another floor or any salutation that was not nice at all .. thanx 4 the perfect stay Sheraton creek

actually i was really shocked for the level of the room that was booked for me by the sheraton hotel when they knew that i am coming through booking.com,,i am really sorry for the bad expereince that i had there they gave me a bad room ,the smill of the bed sheets was so bad...the bed is uncomfortable...

Didn't like the service and charging extra for food in the fridge, basically they dont put the menue list, so u dont know the prices for drinks and chocolates and at the end they charge u tripple which doesnt make sense. We were so dissapointed I will never book any Sheraton hotel in my life......

Sheraton Creek was a pleasant hotel , luxury and cozy place . Breakfast was delicious , Taxis were available around the day . cleanliness of the room was perfect . room service was on time and never delay . I recommend the hotel for every one

All the important channels of the T.v provided but the only channel that I didnt see was Abu Dhabi ! I hope next time they provide it

My Wife got really bad food poisoning from the lounge in the hotel. The hotel was no way ideal for children with rude staff and designed for business use. My wife has lost nearly a stone, disgrace
