Excellent location, plenasant friendly staff, beautifully appointed room, good choice of restaurants. At the time I went it was excellent value for money. Of the six hotels I have stayed in Dubai this was by far away the best. |

Everything. The location was great. the room was fantastic with a great view. The choice of restaurants was good. The 2 we ate at, Italian and Indian were superb and not too expensive. There was nothing we didn't like , except having to leave when we did. |

Restaurant had adequate range of food for buffet breakfast. Executive room - wall tiles in bathroom had many cracks. Air conditioning unreliable - thermostat would not adjust room temperature despite changing the setting. |

convenience for the city, outlook over the creek, relaxed atmosphere with unobtrusive but thoughtful service. we stayed in a suite on the second floor. all night long there was some sort of machine making noise just through the wall, perhaps a dumbwaiter or something. hard to get to sleep. |

Check in was quick and efficient and they accomodated my early arrival (1 hour before the listed 1500 check in - which is late for some standards). Also the check in clerk was also helpful with airport transfer advice saving me 200 AED!! Cannot ask for better! It is a small point but the staff in the fitness centre could be a little more pleasant. They answered all questions but were rather abrupt and less than friendly. I guess we all like to speak to pleasant people when we travel. That said fitness centre is modern and spotless clean! |

Staff attitude - polite and helpful Unable to obtain a copy of the Bible to meet my needs when requested - I cannot believe this is happening at an international hotel with such a high reputation and name! |

Staff very friendly and helpful to my wife when I had to leave her in the hotel whilst I went away for three days on business The bar was rather noisy for other than sports and loud drinkers. The lobby is very pleasant |

Well located. We stayed in the Towers, so having breakfast, all day refreshments and happy hour all on our floor was really appreciated. Hotel restaurants were very good. Great Pool and Spa area. No, on the whole the staff were very keen to be of assistance. |

The service was good. The staff make alot of effort to ensure one has a comfortable stay. They are also flexible with check-in time as one's flight may arrive very early in the morning before the check-in time. |
