= Excellent Location in the real hart of Dubai where i can enjoy the view of the creek. = from this location it is easy to reach the International trade center,souk as well as the airport = The breakfast is relay different = Very friendly and polite people I did not find an empty room when i reached the hotel. I had to wait for 3 hours They blamed the( Booking.com ) because it didn't inform the Sheraton hotel about the time I arrived

The Staff were wonderful,they could not have done more for us. The location was perhaps not the best,we went took taxi's to all our locations.Loved the different taxi drivers they were great.

Clean, in dowen towen , easy shopping. Good design, not crowded. Good staff. The club lounge in ground floor level not comfortable. It should be in upper floor.

Location and view were good. Chelsea bar is dark, sruffy and cheap at happy hour. Good Guiness! No WiFi in rooms and loby wifi is more expensive than the food in the loby, which is saying something.

The restaurants were fabulous especially the Japanese. If you have an SPG loyalty card you get 20% discount on all food and beverages - you can sign up for this on arrival but make sure you show card at time of purchase The location is very poor - sounds idyllic next to the creek but in fact its more like a docking yard and is a bit smelly, infact one the boats caught fire when we were there and there was a major evacuation. Hotel is a good 20 min taxi ride to the beach area and good shopping malls, hotel restaurants and bars, though taxis are cheap

Very quite hotel location is good as well The reception stiff specially the new trainee are not professional with the guests treatment as others Sheraton hotels For example I asked for late check out up to 14 which is normally but the receptionist which was under training refused and agree for only uphill 13 and threatened me by very sharp talk if I delay every hour will charge me 50 UED!!!!! Also ther is no WiFi in the rooms only cable!!!!

Perfect ambiance, very helpful and nice door-staf. Very complete breakfast choice. Beautiful lobby. Front desk had waiting queue's each time I had to be there. Wifi was horribly expensive. I consider it an outrage that the hotel offered a rate of 350 Dirham per 24 hours for wifi internet? In practically all hotels I stay worldwide, they offer free internet as a standard.
