it would have been handy to know that there were water taxi's available, a shopping centre across the road, we did not find this out until we were living.

The view of our room to the creek was perfect

The distance to downtown and to Jumeirah beach was at about 15minutes

Nothing to dislike, we upgraded at a reasonable rate to a creek view room and this is recommended. My partner arrived a few hours before me. When I got to the room which was like a suite i was delighted, then he opened the curtains to what can only be described as a magical view. It was awesome! The staff were polite and friendly at all times. No ones could do enough. Highly recommended. Lovely holiday and beautiful traditional luxury hotel

The swimming pool is a bit basic and small, however served the purpose and I believe they plan to upgrade this summer. Location was a bit of the way for what we wanted. Due to the fact that spent most of the time at the marina end. The location would be the only reason we may not stay there again. Taxi's and the metro are cheap enough though wherever you need to go to.

The hotel is of a very good standard, good restaurants and excellent friendly staff.

The location is ideal for the airport, but a little too far from the centre of the city.

Lovely lobby area able to relax and read papers and have a drink/snack. Good sized room, very clean. Enjoyed the Creek side location for a change from the beach side at Jumeriah. Close to airport.

In room coffee a disappointment for Sheraton brand, coffee machine was in room but no coffee sachets to fit the machine only Nescafe instant sachets.

Staff are friendly and polite, most are professional but not all. The location is central, taxis are always available, it is fairly clean. The gym and spa are clean.

One house keeper did not clean my room or change the sheets. Another bar tender changed me 5 pounds for bit of baby milk. The swimming pool nice but very small. It is not ideal for families.

Good location for sight seeing and shopping - rooms spacious and very clean - facilities also good. we stay there again

The lighting in the bathrooms is poor - only fault we could find

Your staff are great: friendly, attentive, professional. The facilities are very comfortable, and the location of your hotel is in the heart of old Dubai; the most interesting part of the city. The attention to detail by the staff of your pub is extraordinary.

The service in the lobby cafe is almost non-existent. It is extremely difficult to get attention and drag the service personnel away from their smart phones. I would use that great space and facility if there were service...

Behavior of Satf at chick in disck was very poor

I have stay many times in Dubai, there are many businesslike hotel. It was my first time to stay in this hotel and satisfied us a lot (200%). All staff are so kind and helpful with always smiling. If I ask something, all staffs are quickly reacted. Breakfast is fantastic,all sports facilities are good. Location is one of the best in old cities. I would like to stay once again.

I liked that the staff would come in and tidy up and leave fresh fruit. I liked the attentiveness of the bell staff. I also liked the friendliness of the front desk staff and the cooks/ waiters at breakfast during my stay.

The check-in/ check-out process seemed lengthy.

The staff bent over backwards to ensure that our stay was a pleasant one. It's comfortable, clean and relaxing. It's unfortunate that its closing for refurbishment for a year from July. Hopefully it will be even better on its return.

Every staff at the hotel was very kind. The creek view at the window was excellent.

The hotel was very comfortable. We had a Creek view room which was amazing. The view was fantastic, definitely worth the extra cost the bed and pillows were so comfortable, and excellent quality.
