Good central location with a variety of dining options on site. The arrangement of the entries and the front desk is odd. While the room was good some of the aspects are a bit "tired". The bathroom door no longer closes and one of the electrical plugs was broken. |

i like the privacy they are giving to the guests...the staff are very polite and accomodating. the limited time to use the pool because i didn't use it good during my stay i want to swim at night coz in the morning its a bit crowded, you should make more extension for the time of the pool usage. |

hospitality by receiption manager They had a problem with the Valet parking. a couple of time, the staff failed to secure a driver to get my car so I had to walk to it myself. |

It was very difficult to visit the hotel with a baby. There were a lot of stairs etc. and difficult to walk around with the baby trolley. This hotel should definately not be used for families with small children. |

Check in was speedy. Basic accommodation, I would say its a 3 star rather than 4. Staff friendly. Had to wait about 20 minutes for my luggage to be delivered to my room after check-in. |

Easy check in/ out services, my room was ready on my arrival and they allowed me to check out at 2:00 pm without any problems. The room service delivery was quick and efficient. |

check out was fast and easy. No parking, the room size is very small, the bathroom seems to look over dated, the swimming pool was cold, most of the hotel is for smokers, the food was not good, the hotel was over booked so we did not get the rooms we have booked! towels are not soft, cushions are lumpy. In other words, room rate was quite high compaired to other 5 star hotels which offer biger rooms and better services. |

The room was very spacious compared to other similar ones I had stayed in. Very modern design and good restaurants. Very easy to find. The window (although having a sea view) was not at bed level so you had to be standing to see out of it. Reception always seemed to be busy I had to wait quite a while to check in. |

Room was quite comfortable When we arrived nobody helped us with our luggage despite the fact we had 2 young children with us.Room service- children's food inedible. Breakfast waited so long for our eggs we had eaten the rest of our food. Paper napkins!! No side plates! Couldn't be bothered to complain. |

They charged my card for the whole stay before I get there. If you have your own car that is not the hotel for you. We had a hard time finding a place to park; and when we asked the valet to park it for us he shrugged and said "I can't help you" !? this hotel is over priced for what it offers |

Rooms are very spacious, staff is very helpful. It looks like the rooms are renovated recently, but the bathrooms are not. Functionally there is nothing wrong with the bathroom, it's just looks very oldfashioned with salmon color sinks and tub... |
