Central location for Abu Dhabi, many services nearby (barber/hair salon, dry cleaners, supermarket, restaurants, shops) to offer alternatives to the many services already offered by the hotel itself. Walking distance to Khalidiah Mall, Corniche. Check-in handled at a sit-down desk. Room very clean, spacious, well appointed. Large flat screen tv, minifridge, coffee making facilities Upon checking-in my credit card was preauthorized for an amount higher than the total cost of my stay. While this was explained to me at check-in and the balance was released from my credit card upon chek-out, this way of doing things is new to me and was surprising. Apart from that, and admittedly it is a small thing, there's nothing to complain about, except maybe for the fact that I was hoping to find an iron and ironing board in the room (those need to be ordered up). |

The service was very prompt and good. They helped with the late check out request too. The Pillows, a key element for a restful sleep were a not up to the mark. They had nothing in it for comfort. The toilets taps were all wrong sided and confused. The labelling of red and blue color on taps were not consistent. |

The room is spacious and clean. They charge internet access (WIFI or broadband ) at AED 40 per hour. Other hotels provide free access. Also, the breakfast is very expensive, consider the spread is not so great. |

The valet parking staffs are very attentive. The room boy service are very careful when bringing and taking up things to the room. The pool needs to have some sort of shades as this was located at the roof deck specially during this kind of weather. |

I like during my stay that everything is close to me , means the place of the hotel is almose we can say its in the middle of Abu Dhabi islande . Moreover, I like the seaview . yes , there is no internet free in the room and nothing in the business center . These is the first sheraton hotel in the world that does not give the customer the free using internet . |

The staff were very helpful. Service was fast and no problems was too much to sort out. Let me have a room 7.30am when my flight arrived early and check in should have been 12pm. Very enjoyable stay. |
