Gentillesse et courtoisie du personnel de reception, pour le reste c'est à revoir d'urgence. Door-Man et Concierge tout-à-fait nul. |

J'ai particulièrement apprécié le confort du lit ainsi que le calme des chambres. J'ai peu apprécié que le service de chambre me réveille pour me demander si j'avais du linge à faire nettoyer . |

Hotel tout a fait correct pour le prix. Bien situé dans le centre d'Abu Dhabi. Très bien pour passer une nuit. Personnel très lent pour répondre aux demandes des clients. |

I liked the central location n a busy part of town & only a short distance to the venue for the concert I wa attending at Emirates Palace!!! Didn't think the cost reflected the quality of the hotel! |

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly The hotel was not helpful at all with my visa, infact they were quite obstructive. The official UAE visa website states that hotels can arrange visas for clients staying at their respective hotel, unfortunately this hotel refused to issue the visa application for me despite having paid for my flights and accomodation well in advance. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who thinks they can get a visa from that hotel as a sponsor because they will not !! |

The staff at the counter and down town café are very professional and friendly, I felt very comfortable dealing with them Although I activated the "do not disturb sign" House keeping called me at 10:50PM and waked me up to ask if I'm really don't want to be disturbed or I forgot the sign on. It takes too long time to deliver the room service to the room, and one time they forgot totally about my order |

Good central location with a variety of dining options on site. The arrangement of the entries and the front desk is odd. While the room was good some of the aspects are a bit "tired". The bathroom door no longer closes and one of the electrical plugs was broken. |

i like the privacy they are giving to the guests...the staff are very polite and accomodating. the limited time to use the pool because i didn't use it good during my stay i want to swim at night coz in the morning its a bit crowded, you should make more extension for the time of the pool usage. |

hospitality by receiption manager They had a problem with the Valet parking. a couple of time, the staff failed to secure a driver to get my car so I had to walk to it myself. |

It was very difficult to visit the hotel with a baby. There were a lot of stairs etc. and difficult to walk around with the baby trolley. This hotel should definately not be used for families with small children. |

Check in was speedy. Basic accommodation, I would say its a 3 star rather than 4. Staff friendly. Had to wait about 20 minutes for my luggage to be delivered to my room after check-in. |

The room was a non smoking but had a strong smell of stale smoke. Paying for parking on top of 3000 dhs a night was excessive. |

Easy check in/ out services, my room was ready on my arrival and they allowed me to check out at 2:00 pm without any problems. The room service delivery was quick and efficient. |

check out was fast and easy. No parking, the room size is very small, the bathroom seems to look over dated, the swimming pool was cold, most of the hotel is for smokers, the food was not good, the hotel was over booked so we did not get the rooms we have booked! towels are not soft, cushions are lumpy. In other words, room rate was quite high compaired to other 5 star hotels which offer biger rooms and better services. |
