Near a construction site/noise

Mostly the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The size of the rooms and beds, bathrooms, very clean and excellent service. Lovely atmosphere and location was more than perfect.

There is only one thing we could say which is not we didnt like but we would suggest more variety at dinner time. Cause there are not many people with half board dinner is a little repetitive for people that stays full week as we did, but in any case its excellent food.

I liked the Infinity Lounge on the 3rd floor, it looked good, the service was excellent, and had great views of the ocean (despite the cranes). The room was comfortable and clean, although the king sized bed was a bit too soft for my liking.

That the new building across will spoil the view in future.

The pool area was very Nice. The hotel is placed on a very Nice street, with a lot of dinning options.

The renovation in front of the hotel was very distracting and loud. Looking back, we would probably have chosen another hotel, where there would be no construction.

Excellent facilities food and service, despite some building work which did not impact on our stay. Travelled with elderly father and concerned pre booking but he found this the best part of our long trip

Excellent atmosphere. Staff offered a complimentary late checkout due to a late flight time and provided access to hotel facilities shower and change room while looking after luggage past check out time.

Good experience with the hotel stay. Clean and suprisingly to see Bose stereo player in the room and provides Lanvin toilettories. Helpful staff.

Excellent location. Great staff and service. Good F&B. Fantastic pool facility. Small but somewhat cosy. Great view. Very comfortable Junior Suite.

Construction works in front of the Hotel (24/7 !). Too small wc in the rooms. Internal telephone responsiveness. Had to always wait too long (or even recall multiple times) to get reception or concierge service. Access by car/taxi on weekend evenings (1.5 hours for the last 2 mms !!!)

Bed and bed linen - both extremely comfortable. Staff were absolutely wonderful. I am a English Interior Designer who has worked in commercial and residential properties. Your hotel should be a flagship of calm, comfort and design - it is not, only your beds, linen and staff save you.

The room was awful - bad design and dated - I was extremely surprised - everywhere was brown and ugly. We probably will not stay when we return in 3 weeks.
