Park Hotel Apartments  

We stayed at the Park Hotel Apartments and had an excellent stay in every way. There were 5 of us and we rented a one-bedroom and a studio apartment...the rooms were nicely decorated, spacious, clean and fully equipped with all the basic necessities, even the liquid soap for washing the dishes was provided. The cleaning was done regularly and promptly, the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Although the hotel was fully booked...it was very peaceful. On various occasions when my kids would go to the pool, which they loved as it was very esthetically designed, they had the entire pool to themselves. The location was ideal as it was close to all the major shopping malls, thus the taxi fares were not so much. The only thing was that at times you had to wait for a taxi for more than 5 minutes...but we took care of that, for when we were about to step out we would have the reception call a taxi for us, so by the time we stepped down our taxi would be waiting for us. The hotel had a good shuttle service and also provided a discount at various award winning restaurants, I searched high and low for over 2 months for a good hotel, price and location wise and I think choosing this hotel was an excellent choice. We made our reservations through booking.com for the first time and we were very extremely pleased as everything worked out better than planned and the rates offered by booking.com are definately better and cheaper than the actual hotel rates. Bottom line is that I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone and I would also definately stay here again. Omar Choudhry

How everyone went above and beyond their roles to help and provide a 5 star service. The best I have had at any hotel

Our overall experience was great. Amazing front desk staff, very helpful from the time of arrival till departure. The appartment was clean, and tastefully decorated. The most useful for us was the fully equipped kitchenette since we had an infant with us :). Moreover what was mentioned in the website is exactly what we got there...Surely would stay at The Park again.

I liked my spacious one bedroom apt as it was very convenient in terms of space and facilities. The free shuttle bus to airport was also a plus

The hotel is not a walking distance from anywhere ; while there are shuttle buses its not always convenienet in terms of timings

No Wi-fi in apartments. Our room (606) was a bit run down compared to the last room we stayed in on a previous visit.

The hotel was reasonably easy to find. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which we thought was very spacious and had 2 balconies overlooking the garden and Business Bay bridge. Taxis were very reasonable and were nearly always available outside the apartments. The adjacent Hotel had an excellent restaurant and other facilities. There was also a cash machine. There is also an underground car park with lift access which will be a bonus in the summer !

We did have a problem with our safe deposit box which I asked reception to fix but nobody ever came. The room service menu was out of date and could do with updating. The pool at the apartments was very good and had a lifeguard but I have to say the water was cold. The busses to and from various locations in the city were mostly full after starting at the adjacent hotel so they could do with putting a few more on.

Basically every thing was wonderfull, I choosed this hotl cuz I was attending a conference in the festival city (Inter cont) I was acompanied by a group of family members who came for shopping and stuff. The location helped me alot in bieng close to the conference, It was quite and relaxing and equipped with every thing you could need. The staff was very friendly. Eventhough my booking through BOOKING.com did not appear in thier screen upon my arrival, but they managed to get me the rooms. The manager of the hotel miss jamila was very cooperative and polite. I urge every body to experience staying at this hotel, remember to bring along some grocery if you are the kind of person that eats some time at home cuz the closest deli is a bit far for walking.

I can not say that I did not like any thing there. Some people might consider the location as a disadvantage, but it surved my purpose perfectly.

Excellent hotel apartments! Rooms are just as they are pictured on the site. Luxurious bathrooms, well-furnished kitchen and comfy bed. The staff is superior and quite helpful. Safe, secure parking in the basement. Booked several times at Park Hotel during my stay in Dubai and would definitely book there again. One of the best places to stay! I would heartily recommend it to all travelers!

I reached at 8:00 Am to the hotel so really they made me wait till 2:00 pm to check in, that pissed me off so much. Location is No good. Over all I rate this hotel as 6/10.
