Every thing was fine, I like the room very much its give you feeling you are at your home.

I hate the room seirvies becuease they want you to pay cash the cant put the bill on your room !!!! like you will run from thier !!!

this hotel was very good and relax ,quit .the staff were very good the room was clean the swimming pull was good and clean in totally I will back again of course for transportation you must have car or call Taxi.

Great hotel clean and the staff were very friendly they opened the restaurant even it was closed for break between breakfast and lunch I would recommend this hotel very highly

I really liked the hotel smiling staff all the time.also,the hotel location makes it very quite and so fantastic.

The Wifi is not available neither in the rooms nor the lobby.This is really something bad about this hotel.Wifi is a necessity.

The room is very nice and comfortable, very nice place, the food is very nice but very expensive for such hotel.

They keep waiting for 2 Hour, the food serves dipointed me after they bring the food they asked me to pay in cash at the same time so I give them my card after 5 min they bring vack the card and they say they will but it on the room and after few sec they come again and take the card like I wil run from thier, also when I check in I found guys in my room and they say it's by mistake

The bed is amazingly comfortable, the rooms are spacious and having booked though booking.com I got a great rate. The towels, bedding and furniture are a really great quality. The air con is not too cold and the staff at reception are really good.

The internet connection is absolutely rubbish. It's really slow, and when I complained I basically wasted an hour of my time with a technician coming to my room then a 20 minute phone call from the support resulting in absolutely no change in the speed of the internet... Apparently, the hotel only has 1mb speed and hotels really need a minimum of 10. As I needed to use the internet a lot during my stay I found this really frustrating.

We stayed at the Park Hotel Apartments and had an excellent stay in every way. There were 5 of us and we rented a one-bedroom and a studio apartment...the rooms were nicely decorated, spacious, clean and fully equipped with all the basic necessities, even the liquid soap for washing the dishes was provided. The cleaning was done regularly and promptly, the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Although the hotel was fully booked...it was very peaceful. On various occasions when my kids would go to the pool, which they loved as it was very esthetically designed, they had the entire pool to themselves. The location was ideal as it was close to all the major shopping malls, thus the taxi fares were not so much. The only thing was that at times you had to wait for a taxi for more than 5 minutes...but we took care of that, for when we were about to step out we would have the reception call a taxi for us, so by the time we stepped down our taxi would be waiting for us. The hotel had a good shuttle service and also provided a discount at various award winning restaurants, I searched high and low for over 2 months for a good hotel, price and location wise and I think choosing this hotel was an excellent choice. We made our reservations through booking.com for the first time and we were very extremely pleased as everything worked out better than planned and the rates offered by booking.com are definately better and cheaper than the actual hotel rates. Bottom line is that I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone and I would also definately stay here again. Omar Choudhry

I really liked the room (once we were finally allowed in - the next day after my booking), modern & new & clean; hotel entrance (my daughter loved the koi and goldfish swimming in the pond); but would only recommend hotel if you can guarantee that you'll have a room the day you arrive!!! Make sure room you book cannot be extended by previous guests (or so was the reason we received)!!!! The free upgrade does no good for the inconvenience & time lost!!!

Studio room booked 20Nov (New Years Eve weekend) thru booking.com. Location - middle of nowhere,need cab 2 go places. Day of arrival -hotel staff: instead of telling me immediately that not only couldn't they find my booking, but they were also booked out completely, they sent me & my 5 yrs daughter away at 0930 to come back at 1400 to check in but only find out that we would have to spend the night at another hotel (Arabian Park) and check in at 1000 the next day. Next day room still wasn't ready at 1000, but 1100, so we lost almost 2 days for a 3 day trip. Arabian Hotels breakfast was twice as expensive. Park Hotel - 35AEd/pers,buffet not as fully loaded as 1 is used 2 from other hotels- omelet cost 24aed xtra; tables not clean

The hotel apartment was very well equipped, washing machine, dish washer, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, fridge and freezer ...etc. all kitchen requirements, the view is nice, the hotel is peaceful and quiet, bed is relaxing and internet is really fast.

Nothing major, people were friendly and helpful, although somehow slow

The one bedroom apartment is spacious, comfortable and simple in its decor...whichremind me so much of home...staffs were attentive...Not much facility except for gym and pool...Location is away frm shopping area but shuttle provide easy access to nearby Wafi mall...Would stay here again...

Clean, quite area if you would like to be alone!! Private parking
