Warm welcome by the staff who were also very helpful in suggesting activities and providing directions. Felt very safe and comfortable. The room on 7th floor was very large with big balcony; views across the creek. Very quiet at night. Walking distance for a drink at other hotels and to City Centre shopping mall and trains. Longer walk or short taxi ride to the creek. I would stay here again. Continuing with building work next door to hotel. Whilst this is not a disturbance with noise, using the balcony can mean you are overlooked by workers. |

Fantastic suite, big kitchen and lounge, great balcony with view over Creek. Well equipped kitchen, dishwash and clothes wash - ideal if travelling with the kids. Separate shower rather than in bath would be good added value but existing setup is more than acceptable |

Service and Hospitality Telephone Charges were tooo much. Ended up paying alot of money for phones are a ridicilous rates. Desert safari experience was a horrible. Recommended by the Hotel staff. Spent soo much time going around Dubai and didnt get a chance to do the safari at the end. Got refunded for one person, but lost a great chance to enjoy a great experience on my honeymoon. |

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment ,lovely bathrooms ,good selection of TV chanels,friendly helpful staff.Free shuttle service to the beach .Good location close to the mall 10 mins on foot .Daily maid service and free tea/coffee facilities in the room even though I did bring my own .I was a solo parent travelling with 3 children and had no problems staying at this hotel and found the area and the whole of our 7 day stay extremely safe .Would love to return . Construction directly next to the apartments side ,but got used to it after a couple of days .No fault of the hotels though. |

We were only there for one night but it served our needs - it was near the airport, there was a metro line and shopping centre 5 mins away. Not really though breakfast was disappointing, also we asked for a non smoking room and they couldn't accomodate - the room we were given did smell badly of smoke. |

The location of the hotel is great and easy to reach. I didn't expect at the price i paind that i'll be staying in such hotel, clean, luxury "to some extend" and very good price. One of the hotel receptions was not so comporfubale to deal with. |

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I stayed in one bedroom apartement. It was huge and good condition, kitchen is nice with complete utensils. There are two tv, one in sitting room and the other in bedroom. The internet is not free and they limited the download size up to 20 Mb per hour and 250 Mb per day. They clean the room but it's poor. The breakfast was ok but no variation. We stayed there for 4 nights with the same breakfast everyday. |

Very clean spacious rooms. Very close to the international airport.Very quiet and close to some shopping centres. Requires fans in the bedrooms as air conditioners are not very efficient especially in second bedroom. |
