Nothing! Just the bed! I guess
Thier rooms are still dirty even after cleaning esp the carpet they should consider renovation! N also they dont attend to your needs prompt
location is good
the staff is very slow and non friendly the check in and checkout are very slow breakfast is very poor
the hotel is nice and clean in good price.
The gym was closed and there was sweating smell in the cushions!
I don't from where I should start. I will try to write in brief. 1- I came with my girlfriend and they asked for her ID, it was fine as it's Dubai rules. When we went out and came back late the housekeeper was following us from the parking through the left till my floor i ignore him , 5 minutes later he came with 2 security guys to tell me that it's not allowed to bring any lady to the room as per management policy I tried to explain to them that the staff took her ID at check in and everything was fine he just ignore me and threten to call police or I have to kick my girlfriend out immidiately. 2- The gave us room in yhe back of building and there was construction going on we couldn't sleep whole night. I spoke to the receptionest but told me hotel was fully booked. The hotel under new management and used to be called Suha City but changed now. I stayed one night and checked out in the morning. Worst hotel ever !
bathroom lighting not very good. many lights were damaged carpet and decorative pillows had some stains
seemed very unorganized like all new employees and none of the cab drivers could find the place (not really their fault) They also accused me of taking something from their refrig. we were not even in the room 12 hours and had our own stuff and ate out.
Location across road from Deira City Centre is convenient for Airport Reasonable rates if booked through Booking.com Decent breakfast if a little pricey
Loud construction noise from 6:30am every day except Friday. Should improve once next door building is finished. Hard to sleep even with earplugs. Housekeeping was mixed. Different things missing each day e.g. towels, tissues, toilet roll, laundry bag/forms. Impossible to fix as most staff don't speak English well. Bathroom lighting very poor - dim and one's face always in shadow - hard to shave. A triumph of "cheap chic" over usability... :( Seems chaotic with no communication between departments/shift changes.
location good wifi room size bathroom is large basment parking
difficult access from the main road check-in and out took long time few staff.
the front office staff did get any training how to handle the guest.... the check in was disaster ,, and it took more than 30 minutes, * the front desk agent said the he is new staff in the hotel, that is why he doesn't know how to assign the room and to charge the guest credit card. * the staff doesn't know how to welcome the guest, even don't have doorman, and there is no welcome drink provided upon arrival. * the hotel staff didn't recognize the guest, and didnt consider the guest preference which already mentioned clearly in the booking on booking.com * the front office manager was avoiding to speak to the guest and handle the complaints, we tried to reach him many times by connecting the call to his office, but he was always not ready to answer or pick up the phone. * no one escort us to the room, or at least show us the elevator direction, also no one explained the hotel facilities or talk about the room amenities....... POOR HOSPITALITY
Great hotel nicely managed superb suite deluxe rooms
Everything was good but the staff was pathetic especially froby desk lyn
Bed was ok Bathroom was nice
The air conditioning didn't work!!!!!! We told the management and they said someone would be up to fix it. No one turned up. We didn't sleep all night and when I spoke to the manager he was rude and implied that it was MY fault that I didn't pester 3 or 4 times! All he offered was "an upgrade next time". Not a chance. Better customer service and rooms elsewhere in the area
hotel was ok, except for the situation with a 'taxi'
When you order a taxi from a hotel to the airport, please make sure it is a metred taxi. Hotel ordered a 'taxi' without a meter for us, and in my opinion we paid far too much (35 AED).
Check in & check out process takes atleast 25 minutes, untrained stuff, the hotel needs trained stuff and it will be great.
the location and the pool...
*The room 512 and 511 or anything in between the corner is a little bit suffocating, you feel claustrophobic.(the beds are too big) *The entrance looks too busy and with the grand staircase it looses the beauty of the hotel lobby....its too massive for the area...
Room size, beds, bathroom size and arrangement and location
The security staff were asking me on daily basis in the access controlled parking which room am staying.
We were upgraded to a suite, which was a very nice gesture of the staff.
Near to the shopping mall, easy access to the metro station. Very helpful staffs.
The wadrobe in the room little bit dusty.
Location, cleanliness, staff, room size, wifi speed
Help from the staff was great when addressing problems with my stay, they moved me to a different room, fixed the TV problem, etc. with no fuss or argument. The second room was clean and no infestation. The staff was helpful and fixed most of my issues immediately.
1st room they put me in was infested with tiny ants everywhere, and smelled unhealthy. Second room's TV didn't work, plus neither room had a coffee maker as advertised. The mini-bar was not present, and the airport transportation service advertised turned out to be the baggage porter calling me a cab. I gave up on complaining as I was exhausted after a 15 hour flight and dealt with my more minor issues.
Reception staff gave me double bed on arrival. When i had booked twin beds. I found out when reched the room. On asking for the reason. She asked that we confirmed with u at tge reception. They made me liar. Very good. Customer is always lair.
This is a handy place to stay if you want to be near the airport. It's a little hard to find, though, because the sign doesn't show up all that well. Spacious rooms show wear, but are nice if you need a crib.
Cramped parking garage. Visibly worn tables and such.
