“I stayed in a 'deluxe studio' room and was pleasantly surprised to see how spacious it was. The room included a kitchen area, a living area and a queen size bed at the end in a separate area. The check in was very efficient and quick, as was checkout.”

1. Cleaness of the rooms and bathrooms. 2. Coffee shop downstairs 1. They purchased the room from my credit card directly through booking.com, although booking.com has conveyed to me after returning back to the hotel that they only "blocked" the value. But when reached there it turned to be they purchesed. 2. Internet nowadays are free. Better to make it like that.

Availability of parking within the hotel, as the the area is very crowded. Tv sets in bedrooms is very difficult to use, and staff response is late.

This hotel is within walking distance to the Mall of the Emirates which has lots of shopping and the famous ski run. It is the better priced hotel in the area for families. There is a small cafe on the first floor that serves an average breakfast, but fully adequate if you want to feed children and go. The hotel lobby is a bit small if lots of guests want to check out at the same time, but the staff is efficient both at check-in and check- out, so not much of a problem. Who can't wait a few minutes?

Location was good. The room layout was good That internet service in room is charged separatly; for a city hotel this should be built. Into room rates. Front desk staffs were so cold - they were a smile badge and so exactly opposite. They make asking a challenge because they had a bad attitude.

Close to emirates mall. Good access by car to Sheikh Zaid road Good parking facility Big room with kitchen/laundry/fridge/freezer etc. Waived the 3 expresso shots we used (we thought they were free) No WiFi provided (can be added at cost) - only free in cofeeshop Not really a cosy type room Deep-freezer did not work. Expresso machine did not work but was replaced. The expresso shots were not free: 6 Dhs/pc. This was not clear on entering the room.

The gym and pool were small but good. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities in the room satisfactory Unhygienic ! The fridge stank horribly, as did the bathroom .. I informed the hotel management and they did a mediocre job of sorting it out. The fridge was clearly contaminated and needed to be disinfected instead of wiped down with a cloth which is probably what they did. The other evidence of lack of hygiene was the insects in the bathroom area, small cockroaches or something similar. This is a great pity as otherwise this is a great small hotel in a very good location. This may have been a "one off" situation but failing to keep the rooms clean and hygienic is pretty unforgivable and there is clearly a problem with the management team in charge of this facility, give they failed to address it adequately after I had reported the problem

The couch was very uncomfortable and I saw on line that the food was 24/7 so I thought if I bought the breakfast- I would be able to eat before leaving at 5 am. That was not the case and I did not get my money back. That was a scam.

It was a short stay in a nice environment, however I didn't know if I need to specify that I require a room with bath tub. The room allocated to me did have one. The room did not have sufficient glasses for two and cutleries were missing and even those existing was not clean enough. I am not complaining as I know it was not a five star hotel but if the service is offered, it need to be right one. Thanks for getting back to be with your feedback

The only thing that I liked about the hotel was its location The room was not clean ( stains on walls, bathroom tub with black marks, towels covered with stains even when renewed, food stains on the cupboard, broken iron with water meaning a huge electrocution risk, stains on the curtains, traces on the floor.....) Expensive Internet service fee especially if known as a hotel for business trips Switch on the tv and you are charged for purchasing moves whereas nothing at all tells you that as you shuffle through channels you cannot distinguish, for me it feels like hidden fees.A Bad surprise upon checking out especially that the choice of channels is more for arabic speakers than english speakers I went to this hotel as part the Tulip Inn chain reputation abroad. I will be the one and only I will sty in a Tulip Hotel in the uae.i went from bad surprise to bad surprise The only thing that I liked about the hotel was its location The room was not clean ( stains on walls, bathroom tub with black marks, towels covered with stains even when renewed, food stains on the cupboard, broken iron with water meaning a huge electrocution risk, stains on the curtains, traces on the floor.....) The rooms are surprisingly spacious, with a separate living area and well equipped kitchen. A very comfortable experience. Restaurant facilities were disappointing in the quality of the breakfast buffet. Was charged for water during breakfast, although all other beverages were free. I would recommend cooking for yourself, or eating at the mall!

I have stayed before in this area in an opposite hotel, the location of the hotels there is more than perfect 5mins walking to the nearest entrance door for Mall of the emirates, and 10 mins waljking to reach the metro station whether from the emirates mall station or the outdoor one, the hotel had a very good consierge men and very helpful also the rooms or suites are actualy huge to the extent I was alone in my suite which was very big for me, I had my brother and his wife and 4 years kid in another bigger suite they were very confortable, I guess the roooms there are definitly spacius and I will always stay there when I go to dubai Recomended for honeymooners for families for anyone The pool was under service when we went
