location and price the design was not that good. the rooms had a strange bad smell.. the sheets and towels were not clean.. also, I wanted to check out earlier, and I asked them if there will be extra charge if i did, they said no.. but when i did check out early (before the registered checkout date), they charged me an extra night, because i made the registration through "booking.com"..!!!! |

Modest price for a single, 1 person room, which was satisfactory - maybe a little spartan, but very clean and with high end fittings. Rest of hotel was more luxurious, foyer etc. |

Huge room, very clean, staff excellent. Had a problem at chech-out. Booking.com record showed that booking included buffet breakfast 4 people, 5 days @ aed 66 P.p per day and that this was included in "total cost" aed $4,315 paid in full at time of booking. We had breakfast on 4 days, however not on the last due to early check-out. Initial settlement bill given us at check-out showed 5 x aed $718.80 for "food". We explained that (a) breakfast was only aed 264 per day, (b) we only at it on 4 days, (c) we did not have any other meals and (d) it was all included in amount already paid. After showing the manager the Booking.com receipt they agreed to delete these charges. Staff were very good but there seems to be a communication issue between hotel and Booking.com. |

Suite was very good size and well appointed and clean. Very suited to family accommodation. Restaurant on site was fairly expensive and lacked variety. There is still a lot of construction happening close to the hotel. While it wasn't disturbing, it does limit the attractions within easy walking distance. Will be much better when the building work is completed. However this is a minor inconvenience and it is still a very good hotel and would stay there again. |

Some of the desk staff were helpful, some less friendly. Lack of cups at water fountains, insufficient milk and coffee in rooms. Some guests were noisy.Walking to your room was like going through a car park.Felt pressurised in to taking expensive taxis. |

location i paid the full bill at the check out, and then they charged additionally my credit card after i left without my authorisation. Also, there are no carpets in the studio - you have to wear shoes all the time to walk on cold keramics |
