The fact that because I paid with a debit card they insisted that the "stop" put on my card to cover the mini bar would be refunded in cash, as unlike a credit card, they could not return it to my account.

It is a low cost hotel with decent facilities/rooms.

Location, as we were attending Comic-Con across the street at Dubai Marina Club. The staff specially Mr. Shenoda at the front desk. Size of the two bedroom apartment.

The bed was not comfortable, too soft to my liking. The prices for the mini bar was too over for the quality of the Hotel. Noise from the road work around the hotel. Internet is not free of charge and cost 90 Dirhams per device for 24 hours.

The room was very clean and the location to the marina was across the road. Having a fridge in the room was awesome and the bed was comfortable. The rooms are small but you can't beat the price.

Noise! My room was above construction which is going all night! Waking up at 12.30 and 2:30 because of loud noises and the room shaking is really really not fun. If that was not enough, there is loud disco music until 12:20 every night as well. Bring ear plugs. Shower in single room is very, very small, but the water pressure is excellent.

the size of the rooms. magnificent. and this speaks to the value for money. was really great
