good location , good garden , nice room the swimming pool next to small bar that is open from morneing and it has good view for the dubai mall actives and we can't set there or any family can set, the aleveator not enafe for all guest . |

Its a Luxury hotel. Yes , First staff takes long time to delver (food , room cleaning requests, etc) , Second i rented an appartement only to learn later alcohol is not allowed there , and they should have told me from the beginning! |

The hotel and staff were very impressive and the location of the hotel was excellent! I absolutely loved the design of the hotel. I am not sure what it was but the smell of the hallways walking to my room on the 7th floor was very nice. The landscaping and the view inside and outside the hotel was a perfect backdrop for taking pictures. After staying at many of the 5 star hotels in Dubai I would say The Address was the best so far. The A/C could have been colder, while it was fine for me it was a bit warm for my spouse. I think there should also be an option to self park my car. |

Overall impresion was good. Attitude of reception was not good. She keeps asking if I knew the total amount. I didn't feel welcomed. Processing was also slow. It was maybe because I checked in quite late like 1:30 am. |

pool and area and bars the airconditioning was making noise like hell !!!! couldnt sleep all night long!!!!! on top of that guests were slaming doors at two o clock in the morning!!! i related this to th frontdesk by checking out and they promissed me to come back to me by email............up till now no email they scored very bad for that kind of hotel . |

The room has a comfortable layout and size. The view from our room over looking the dancing fountains in front of the tallest building in the world "Burj Dubai," made sitting out on the balcony worth the price. For a hotel of this caliber the cleaning crew did not pay attention to details. There was no iron in the room and no cotton buds in the toilet; although we got both after asking for them. The A/C was freezing cold, we felt like frozen chicken even after turning it off for a long time. |

We liked everything about the hotel, there truly was nothing to complain about at all and the view we had of the danciing fountians was spectacular.The pool area of this hotel is amazing and at night it is truly breath taking especialy when you are right in the middle of the city,looking forward to our next visit. |

The view and location to have more family apartments since we in arabic country or connecting rooms+ to becarful for the security of luggage and have members with Famous Airlines to get points or have loyalty member for their clients at least. |
