Proximity to Shopping Malls. Space in Apartment Over officious staff. Postering staff / security followed you everywhere. When you looked closely, rooms were not as clean as you thought. Pubic hairs in bath etc. Water heater not working properly. |

Dears, I must say that it was the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. I spend at least 100 nights a year in hotels due to business. And this was, by far, the worst. I do not know where to start and I am frankly do not have the time to list everything that went wrong during my stay. I will just say that I got there at 7:15 PM to check and the suite was not ready. |

Very big beds. New hotel. Cleaning not up to standard and hotel will not stay new looking for long unless it improves. |

The location is great A little dusty inside the rooms, staff tend to forget what you request. Took me a whole day to convince them that the ac is not working. All in all its not a disaster but I would recommend staff training cause they obviously were trying their best. |

I had to bay 20% extra in addition to the cost which was high compaired to other customers who just walkin while i was checkin. I though the price in the website was fair, but i found it way higher than average prices of the hotel itself. |
