Excellent facilities and overall impression of quality. Handy central location - whilst you still need a taxi to go anywhere - that's just Dubai. We arrived a little early but was told rooms would be ready in 30 mins - it took about an hour. No great problem but it would have been better had we known this from the start - but as you can see, I'm struggling for faults. |

Location and nightlife I had booked a fairmount room, for 3 nights. The first day they forgot to put a fruitbasket in the room, segond day the did and the third do not.wifi should be free,is expensive. |

Excellent staff! Brilient rooms and very good room fecilities as well. I think they have thought of everything a holidaymaker might need.Defenetly see you again. |

We booked a one bedroom suite and it was very large and well-equipped. The hotel supplied an extra bed for our daughter and did not charge us for it. |

location is good, very old rooms, need to be renovated. expensive for what you get.there is a club called "400" that refused to let me go in because i had no women.....i told the guys that i was a hotel guest but they told me "we don't care, this club is independent". not recomandable |

I have used the hotel for many business trip and find the staff very helpful, food is very good and location ideal Hotel should provide free WiFi |

Nice atmosphere, very friendly. Variety of returanets. Excellent entertainment wether with bars or night clubs. The only problem I faced my suite was not ready and had to wait for 30 minutes |

I liked the situation of the hotel very well positioned and i guess when the tramway will be finished this will help a lot the fairmont. The hotel is an excellent location for business and tourist looking to spend few days. Spa looks good and the restaurant taste good. Good coffee shop. Need of better service, the reception stuff look like in another world, they are although very polite with the client but you feel that they are not with you. I think they are overloaded. |

i loved the luxury of the hotel, and the fabulous food. I was disappointed with the noise from the builders outside our room and although the room was nonsmoking it stank of stale cigarette smlke. We were moved after a night of not sleeping, however the room was much bigger and very smart, but the stale smoke smell was a disapointment to us. |

Installations et infrastructure luxueuses. Piscine et salle de fitness bien équipée. Personnel dévoué Chantier en cours autour de l'hotel. Club privé à l'arrière de l'hotel qui ramène une clientèle ( à la recherche) et bcps de va et vient en soirée |

staffs & servise very good. wonderful restrantant offer good food and good price. Bridge to World trade centre are not funtion well as subway station working. (will be OK after subway done on Sep. 9, 2009). Many new building's construction around. |
