when i make cheak in they told me internet free of charge when i make cheak out they charge me 100 durham for interet and they charge me 20persent severs charge never in my life they charge 5 up to 15% serves charge

I know this hotel for many years and the new decorations in the room are pretty low grade for the price they charge. I love Fairmont, but the hotel decoration in the rooms are very basic, not very comfortable, thus, I would put my money in the new hotels in the same area, such as the new Conrad, H hotel, or the new Sheraton.

Exchage restaurant was excellent.

The noise in the hotel between 1-3 am was excessive and prohibited sleep. Checked out early the next morning feeling as if we had not received our moneys worth. Amenities in room were fair-not 5 star quality.

i fell sick in the room as lighting décor are all not upto mark. little details were missing. then I have to wait for 2 hour for check in I arrived at 4.30 and get in the room at 6

The reception on the television was very bad. Very irritating to try and watch a film in it's completion.

No news paper was provided during the stay. Bathroom was not good. Changed room. Checkout problem. Invoices not received in time. I have to go there and get the invoices. Toilet tires were not provided properly for the couple.

nothing outstanding. I had very high expectations of FAIRMONT.

Rooms are TINY. Booking.com mentioned room that i was booking was 41sqm, while it was barely 30sqm. I paid for 41sqm, while i was surprised with something much smaller, which is totally unfair! over a weekend there was indecent crown in the hotel, taking the elevators up. for anyone from a decent background, such environment and crownds are not welcome. i was constantly disturbed thru out the weekends, with loud music and noise.

the room 3001 was terrible I don'T know if all the rooms the same but I will not recomend and will not stay in this hotel again

Space of the Room

Great front desk service and very friendly and helpful. Great building. Really nice rooms. Clean rooms and good toiletries. Use of Spa to freshen- up after check-out.

Very expensive. Shower leaked covering bathroom floor. No % discount in restaurants etc for residents - so I ate elsewhere. Lots of people hanging around because of the Nighclubs/Bars. Lots of 'Marketing Girls' hanging around.

The music from the night club was so loud and went on till 6 am not allowing us to have a good night's sleep and not to mention the bathroom had terrible leaks which was not attended to even after complaining. Breakfast for 120 Dirams was nothing at all.
