Per un 5 stelle è vergognoso che: Richiesto il check immediato per urgente impegno di lavoro, lo staff si rifiutava, fatto solo dopo 2 ore dietro animata richiesta. La suite (fumatori) in realtà non era una suite per fumatori, ma una suite affumicata, nenche un hotel 2 stelle ha una camera in quelle condizioni. Sono stato nello stesso hotel 1 anno fa, e' incredibilmente peggiorato

I stayed in Fairmont for only one night due to Business Travel. I loved the hosbitality of the recieption staff (Egyptian) and the quick check in. The bed was very comfortable.

I hated the location. It is one of the most crowded location on Shikh Zayed Road. I spent one hours waiting to get my car through Valet Parking. Do you belive it? The worst service ever I got from Five star hotel. The room is non-smoking, but all rooms amentit full with smoling smell even the towel. I have order in room dinning order and it was very cold and was late. I would not recommend it for Family and people who is looking for quietness.

Nights

Other than location, I don't see anything worth commenting. More sound than substance.

1) Counter staff chatting away. More attention toi guest would be good. 2) Staff joining the lift down should at least activate the door close switch, instead of talking away in their native language,, and admiring themselves in the mirror. 3) Quite surprise with the tiles in the rooms.

Good collection of restaurant and clubs

The lobby full of prostatiut it's looks like crozing place also in the main door, !! Wi-fi not free!! If u rent big Suite no one take care of u!!

Consideration must be brought to the hotel management that sometimes it takes longer than usual to get answered by reception and room service. You may have to call several times to get answered.

The position was good, the room are nice and very clean. The gym is of as well as the pool. Very good bar at the second floor.

The room too noise, not very much isolated. Not a nice bar at the lobby and too much confusion in the night. Unaccettable that a 5 stars hotels expansive beg you for 5 Euro for 1 hour of internet.(It is the only hotel asking me this in the last 5 years) After 2 days they take from my credit card 5 euro of a drink at mini bar: it is not correct, especially if I did not take it.
