Per un 5 stelle è vergognoso che: Richiesto il check immediato per urgente impegno di lavoro, lo staff si rifiutava, fatto solo dopo 2 ore dietro animata richiesta. La suite (fumatori) in realtà non era una suite per fumatori, ma una suite affumicata, nenche un hotel 2 stelle ha una camera in quelle condizioni. Sono stato nello stesso hotel 1 anno fa, e' incredibilmente peggiorato

E' un hotel splendido, in una posizione ottimale, sia per lavoro che per turismo.

Camera spaziosa, personale gentile, colazione ricca.

Pools were quite nice, and their sushi cafe had excellent sushi - although a bit pricey.

My stay was horrible - hidden charges, poor breakfast, pushy hotel service personnel who would not leave until tipped and overall disappointment. Would not recommend.

Room is not clean. Staff are not cooperated. Car service is not good. Dining in the hotel is bad and expensive. I don't recommend this hotel for anyone.

The staff were extremely rude and did not even make a booking for us at the club 400.the conceirge were absolutely useless. They sid that we would have to call ourselves. The room was not ready until 5pm.

Staff is very friendly and responsive

Lobby is not good. The rooms needs renovation to look like a real 5 star hotel. If you are resident of the hotel you aren't privileged to get into the night clubs as the other 5 stars hotel!

Quality Hotel, very well put together with nice deisgns, decor and layout.

(1) On checking in the rooms were not ready, which was ok since we arrived early afternoon. We signed all the forms, credit card payment approved etc and advised the rooms would be ready within 2 hours. When we returned more than 2 hours later, it had taken the reception staff too much time to find our paperwork and finally hand over our bedroom keys. (2) Exchange rate absurdly uncompetitive and whilst I do not expect to secure the best rate from a hotel, I do not like being ripped off (3) Night Club at the rear of the hotel, although I understand this is not under Fairmont hotel management, it was recommended by the hotel staff and found the doorman undecessarily rude and obnoxious as out attempts to seek enrty were denied without just cause. This does not reflect well on Fairmont when you consider this facility if also part of the same building.

I didn’t like the hotel because there was a lot of noise. Also, when we order for they ask for the money I say I will pay later and I was surprised after 5 minutes they were asking for money. I had to pay for my stay before I check in.. And when I pay there were balance for me about 60 dh and they didn’t gave it back to me… on my checkout I asked them for the balance they said nothing is written and we will check our system (which means they steal my money and they don’t care about me)

It's nice hotel if you come alone !!!

Very expensive everything you must pay money ... like internet

The bar in our suite. Cavalli bar. Location. View from suite. Free water bottles. Very attentive cleaners. Nice bath robes.

Bathrooms are antiquated - should be rainshower and suites need jacuzzi tub. Pay for Internet. No evening turn down service. Jacuzzi closed too early. Hotel staff tried to charge 1000 dirhams more for the room than that booked on booking.com and did not have a copy of our booking. It took one hour of anger to sort out.
