The view is verrrry nice . And the room very comfortable .my son like it too mach .

I like it but u can't choose one night for a room , they gave me only a sweet and comparing with the other hotels it's expansive .

It is just a great hotel. Everthing was perfect frrom the check in to the check out. Nothing to complain at all. Would recommend the hotel to everybody.

The hotel was very nice. We also like the breakfast buffet.

The hotel emailed us before our arrival to ask if we needed anything, we requested for an extra bed and we expected it to be there upon our arrival. However, after we checked in, we had to wait for an hour to received the extra bed, so what was the purpose of emails then??!

I like the location and luxury, but I did not like the comments from your side that it is a lake view, instead I was giving a room that is not, I would prefere you have specify more details about the view. Regards

I loved the relaxing atmosphere and smell of it.. I loved the smiles and friendliness of each and every staff member.. I loved the service that I have never seen like it before in any other hotel in Dubai and outside Dubai.. I would definately go back there with no hesitation

I can't say there is one thing I didn't like

The location is good since its near Dubai Mall, and the fountain view was also eccelant, I also loved the arrangement in the room when we first checked in. The overall arabian theme of the hotel building was great

The staff were friendly but not very proffesional. For those who come whith their cars will notice that the driveway and the porch to the hotel are inconviently narrow, you get to waite sometimes to get your car taken by vallet assistance. Suq albihar is dead commercially, and the only thing its doing now is keeping Dubai Mall a bit more distant.. I.e I wish suq albihar was not there !!! :-)

The service was very haphazard, it felt as though the staff had just been drafted in - they didn't know each other, didn't work as a team and didn't seem to know the hotel or in some cases what their function was - lots of staff but very poorly managed. We had a bar snack which was one of the worst and most expensive things I've been presented with. The swimming pool was closed for a day and the staff didn't seem to know where were supposed to go for an alternative. we booked a lake view room which in fact overlooked a narrow inlet and other buildings not what I would term a lake vista.
