I liked the moorish architecture; the suite was nicely appointed, with high cielings. Like virtually all hotel rooms, there was insufficient light for me, as I like very bright spaces. But with the beautiful October sun in the Gulf, during the day it was perfect. The staff was superb, at all levels. From the room there was a spectacular view on Burj Dubai Tower, and on the fontains. All in all this is an outstanding property, with outstanding management. |

Only location Very poor Services , Hotel staff they don't know what they should do , I wait more than 30 mints for only check in , and almost same time for check out , I change my room because the bathroom need some maintenance , We found in the new room " Suite " insects. Everything or any service you want from the hotel they will charge you a lot of money. I'm not feel comfortable during my stay in the hotel |

The view of the Balconey was nice High Rates for standard room on Dubai Scale Of Hotels. No much aminities inside the room. No DVD Player or Bathroom unique beauty products like described on the site !! |

The staffs were all very very polite and helpfull. the reservatioon head ( Miss kavisha) helped us and two other families alot to finalize our booking and our early and late checking.You will love this Hotel especially because it is very close to Dubai Mall( walking distance). |

the location was perfect for few days shopping and the area although its underdevelopment but the view of the tower and lake is very nice .the staff were great |

The hotel design and the access to Dubai Mall they don't assign the room before the arrival i had to wait for my room. also i asked for baby cot and i never got one even after i asked for one again. |

Location is perfect to go around! Just wanna make one point however, the rate was only good because it was summer time and the recession has also struck hard in Dubai, otherwise rates are way too high! Service at the pool is rather slow! |

It is close to some landmarks and shopping mall. The transport is at your doorstep. Perfect staff treatment and the design is beautiful you really feel that you are having a holiday. The cleanness of the room especially the carpet had a lot of stains |
