Le personel est éfficace doublé d une gentillesse tres sincére.. La piscine est ses abords sont un havre de paix hotel de luxe a taille humaine idealement placé dans le celebre quartier de burj dubai .. a 15/20minutes de l aeroport.. Tres satisfait du rapport qualité/prix.. Le bar le soir sert des verres de vins.. Tres bonne qualité mais quantité tres insuffisante |

Oasis dans la ville, cet hôtel bien situé est extrêmement agréable, avec un très belle décoration, d'excellentes prestations et un très bon service L'hôtel sera encore plus agréable lorsque les chantiers de l'autre côté du lac seront terminés |

l'excellent service très professionnel, le luxe et le style à l'orientale de l'établissement, sa situation au pied de la tur Burj Dubai et du gigantesque Dubai shopping mall, sa piscine et son jardin, une véritable oasis au coeur de la ville, ses chambres luxueuses tout en restant d'une sobriété de décoration de bon goût... l'environnement de l'hôtel, un véritable chantier de grues, un monde de la construction qui rend Dubaï beaucoup moins attrayante que par le passé...Cela gâche le cadre enchanteur de l'hôtel et le rend moins idyllique, dommage vraiment... |

Très bel endroit de style palais d'orient. Beaux meubles et décoration raffinée . Un havre de paix et de langueur au milieu de la ville ultra moderne et toujours en construction qu'est Dubaï. Le personnel est nombreux et aux petits soins. |

Location is nice within walking distance from Dubai mall. Hotel staff are professional. Swimming pool is nice with view of Burj Dubai. Slightly overpriced. No kids club |

being part of the burj dubai center was the main reason for staying at the palace. the hotel is just 400 meters away from dubai mall and walking the distance is a real pleasure particularly night time when the fountain display is done every half an hour. in summary one would not need to get out of the area because every thing is just there. yes the bath amenities are very impressive in terms of design but certainly not so user friendly with lots of water blocks and slow draining of water. otherwise it is a perfect place to stay. |

The room design and size - Nice location near the shopping malls. Nice restaurants and outings. It was mentioned in the booking that complimentary tickets for the aquarium, the hotel staff did not acknowledge the booking form and it took us an argument of 25 minutes with the management to get the tickets. Also the hotel has a very poor selection of TV channels. |

the view on burj dubai from the swimming pool, decoration/style of the hotel and human size of the building the flies around the swimming pool, staff not always nice/friendly and sometime extremely slow and not up to the standards of such an hotel |

I liked the moorish architecture; the suite was nicely appointed, with high cielings. Like virtually all hotel rooms, there was insufficient light for me, as I like very bright spaces. But with the beautiful October sun in the Gulf, during the day it was perfect. The staff was superb, at all levels. From the room there was a spectacular view on Burj Dubai Tower, and on the fontains. All in all this is an outstanding property, with outstanding management. |
