Ascott Park Place Dubai  

very comfortable, spacious, good location, friendly and very hospitable. definitely enjoyed our stay at ascott dubai.

I went with my wife and 3 kids. The apartment was better than i thought. We loved the modern design, friendly staff, and facilities. It is right next to the metro station which is a great plus. It is not inexpensive but well worth the money.. Highly recommended!

Very large rooms for the 3 bedroom apartment. Good value for the space of the rooms and quality.

Bathrooms with no door locks and frosted glass semi transparent doors. Bedsheets were smelly. Checked in on time but had to wait 30 mins to check in to the 3 bedroom appartment.

It is next to the substation .. It's alowed to bring visitors to your apartment .

We are smokers ..it's no smoking building .. They made us signe on 500 AED if we smoked in the apartment .!?

I love the look and feel of this place, its my third stay and I might stay again. the furniture is comfortable, the colors are light to show how clean it is, the bathroom is spacious and the bathroom products are great quality "Elemis" and this feature is a good reason -at least for me- to go back! The bed is comfortable, the view is amazing specially at sunrise and sunset, but make sure you get the Shiekh Zaid Rd. view. The hotel is a few steps from the metro station, restaurants and cafes and you can grab a taxi easily.

-I had an issue with my water boiler and I needed someone from the staff to fix it, the electricity was off for the plug from the main circuit and the staff member turned it on from there. I said how would I know its turned off from there?! a tip for you: you might find the same issue with other small details but remember no tip for the staff member because it appears to me they might be causing this to get more tips. - The breakfast was disappointing, for the money you pay and the luxury this hotel offers, they need to fix the breakfast menu and allow in-room option. -some of the kitchen appliances weren't clean enough. other than that I Loved my stay.

i didn't like the list they want you to sign on a list of items like 300 items in the apartment and you didn't know what is that and if the items is really are there or not . thats no right to do for hotel business

1- Location near to Dubai Mall.

1- We stayed in the two bedrooms apartment for two days they never clean our apartment?????!!!!! 2- The bed in the twin room was so small even my child 4 year old did fell from it! 3- The security is not that good if you have very young children’s: a. The lock door is reachable they need a high look. b. There was a glass cabinet for decoration it have a old traditional thing can be open by the children.

Large Appartment, very clean, in sheikh zaid road, close to world tarde center metro station, and close to many attraction area

They charge me 150 ad only for lossing one of door card, you have to pay 300 ad as an insurance, and there was a diiferent on the price for the 2nd & 3rd night which get around 500 ad then the total cost provided by booking.com.

The hotel is clean , and the staff are kind and lovely , I enjoyed my staying in Ascott

Everything the gym and the pool in particular. The rooms why better than expected.

Everything was great..one unimportant thing, I did not have a menu in my room for room service.

The fact that its exclusive without all the loudness of a 7*. Just perfect!. The Halls were "huge", colours were ergonomically matched. A beautiful living space - no excuses!

I don't see why I would find anything that I did not like at "The Place"!

We were in Dubai during the Muslim religious month, which we didn't realize when we booked.. Very bad time for tourists

the view from the rooms is breathtaking

lacking of equipment , we call the housekeeping for the water boiler amd for the iron !! although it's written as kitchen equipments. No valet parking service.

-The managment is not up to level -Housekeeping not responding in proper manner -Cooperation of some of the receptionist is ?? -cooperation with the need of clients by operation manager is very poor - They should avoid mixing the singles with family in the same floor specially the singles from Saudi Arabia

The apartment is very wide and nice moderen design . Select the road side because the other side is small apartment and same rate..

The parking is far .. i am lazy :)

The staff was friendly and the hotel was spacious and clean. I enjoyed my stay there.

The dinning area is not befitting to the hotel. The food selection is limited.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and the hotel staff were very helpful. It is quite and the swimming pool is very good. The hotel is also close to the metro station which is very convenient.

There are no nearby resturants although there are some fast food resturants.

Friendly staff and great location. Love the appartment and very nice pool. My kids loved this!

Nothing bad, great place

The most I like is the location, luxury furniture, big apartment, the manager is so polite and gentle, tried his best to keep as comfortable by upgrading as into three bed room apartment.

There is no valet parking, a very thin walls were you can hear everything from other rooms.
