Ascott Park Place Dubai  

The location is very convenient on Sheikh Zayed Road, very close to the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The apartment was spacious and clean with nice furnishing and good view

Cleaning services were not acceptable. On 3 of the 7 daus we stayed there, we found the apartment yet to be cleaned when we returned after 10 pm.

I liked the design, rooms and place.

The services was so poor and they are not much friendly.

Was very good and comfortable with all the facilities at your service.

When you think of I can not recall any discomfort or dissatisfaction to report. Everything was excellent.

Ascott park place is brilliant in almost everything. Very helpful and polite staff, excellent building and location with closeness to the famous Wild Wadi Water Park and Palm Jumeirah etc, very clean environment with daily room cleaning, excellent value for money. All members of my family had only beautiful words to describe this hotel. It is a luxury for the sort of price that we paid. I have been visiting Dubai since 2005 and it is probably one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. As an icing on the cake, the staff has earned my trust. They found the TV connecting cable for our new Camera that we forgot in the apartment and has agreed to send it by courier service to Canterbury for us. What more can you ask for? I have let the staff know how enjoyable we found our stay and that WE SHALL SURELY BE BACK. EXCELLENT HOTEL WITH VALUE FOR MONEY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The hotels bed were not so study and too squeaky. I think with every other brilliance about this hotel, the beds need changing to something more study.

Very nice hotel with beautiful panorama windows and free parking, It was an excellent choice and sure I'll stay there again.

Nice and comfort, good for med to large family. It has swimming pool with very nice location.

No valet parking, no room services for ordering food (you have to call restaurant for delivery).

For a smoker like myself this is not the place to stay as they would charge aed500 if smoking was detected. The whole tower building is a no smoking zone so you have to go out and smoke in 45 degree temperature. The hotel charged us aed150 for a lost key card. That was not only greedy but also rude and intimidating as any other hotel would let you take the card with you as a souvenir.

The hotel staff are bad! Really not polite and copperative! Second thing they dont have smoking roomsthird thing I never heared of charging 150 aed for loosing an electronic card!! Electronic card for 150 aed!!!!!! I always saty at hotels and they dont even ask you about you room card when you check out but in ascott they force me to pay 150 for loosing a card! And they didnt inform me about it before I sign on the paper!!!! I can simple say I never saw stuch rude and impolite staff!!
