The staff was friendly and the hotel was spacious and clean. I enjoyed my stay there. The dinning area is not befitting to the hotel. The food selection is limited.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and the hotel staff were very helpful. It is quite and the swimming pool is very good. The hotel is also close to the metro station which is very convenient. There are no nearby resturants although there are some fast food resturants.

The most I like is the location, luxury furniture, big apartment, the manager is so polite and gentle, tried his best to keep as comfortable by upgrading as into three bed room apartment. There is no valet parking, a very thin walls were you can hear everything from other rooms.

Clean, location for the wtc exhibition, helpful staff, very good standard. The breakfast environment, the whole design of buffet is not comfortable or enjoyable, it must improve, need more space and variety of food for buffet. Food taste and quality - ok.

Nice and comfort, good for med to large family. It has swimming pool with very nice location. No valet parking, no room services for ordering food (you have to call restaurant for delivery).

I like the hotel as it is nice with plenty of room in the two bedroom apt I took. Nice swimming pool too. However the downside was poor staff and no room service. House keeping did not come one day and I ask for am adopter they told me that we are out of it!!! Also very bad experience with bill boy waited for 35 minutes to arrive to pick up my bags. Parking is a bit far from elevators have to take two different elevators and walk a short bridge.

View from the room For a smoker like myself this is not the place to stay as they would charge aed500 if smoking was detected. The whole tower building is a no smoking zone so you have to go out and smoke in 45 degree temperature. The hotel charged us aed150 for a lost key card. That was not only greedy but also rude and intimidating as any other hotel would let you take the card with you as a souvenir.

The hotel staff are bad! Really not polite and copperative! Second thing they dont have smoking roomsthird thing I never heared of charging 150 aed for loosing an electronic card!! Electronic card for 150 aed!!!!!! I always saty at hotels and they dont even ask you about you room card when you check out but in ascott they force me to pay 150 for loosing a card! And they didnt inform me about it before I sign on the paper!!!! I can simple say I never saw stuch rude and impolite staff!!
