The size of the rooms & the space are impressive. Very convenient (walking distance) for the Trade Center (exhibitions etc). Cost:benefit not good - not a hotel, so no hotel services (concierge, cars, restaurant etc). Breakfast very weak. Internet connection (over)charged. For the price I paid, it would have been better to stay in a hotel. All rooms double beds, no twins available. |

We were at 34th floor , because of the tall windows we had a very good view both at night and day time .We could see Emirat towers and Burj Khalifa . The appartment was very clean .The elevators were very fast .In the kitchen some essential snaks were privided. At the beginning they asked us to sign and confirm a list of existing goods , furniture , and everything the things in the appartment !!!! They only gave us 2 keys for the 4 of us for a two bedroom appartment .If you loose any key you will be charged 150 Dirhams . Master bathroom had only a very poor man-made shower .No slippers ! |

The apartment was beautifully presented with wonderful views of the city. Immaculately clean, modern and very smart. Everything we needed and much more was provided in the apartment, it was essentially a home from home. The addition of the gym, swimming pool and ladies salon were very welcome. The only drawback is the traffic issue getting to the hotel along the feeder road from Sheikh Zayed, this means it can take a while to get there and also to the parking area if you don't know the backroads. |

Its easy access to the city and once they operate the metro station next to it indeed will be an idle for business. everything was fine except there is no enough engineering staff that can support after hours! |

Spacious modern appartment. Its not a real hotel although it has some services like laundry and housekeeping. Great for a change! Location OK Sheik Zayeed road. Right opposite International convention centre and 20min taxi ride from Dubai city, Burj Dubai, Burj Arab, Dubai mall en mall of emirates. Next door is luxurouos hotel Fairmont with nice barr CinCin and dito restaurant. |

The Location is perfect, on ShM Zayed road and opposite the exhibition centre. The hotel is new so the rooms and furniture are new and very clean The suite is big and well decorated Too much access control, even that one card opens the room door, but too much unecessary security (elevator, access to parking building, p3king elevator etc....) Also the parking is too far and you have to drive through 7 stories The Hotel should make a little space at the entrance for cars to allow at least unloading visitors and they should provide Valet Parking |

To be honest, I did not enjoy staying in the hotel. It was not as my expectation. The first and last time to me to stay in such hotel. They did not provide for me a baby bed which I requested it a week before I came. They said the first came the first reserve!!!??? The resturant was not that standard. |

everything , the apartments are just beyond amazing and the staff were extremely helpful. The only problem was the location because its new taxis didnt hear about it, however it was easy to direct them because the hotel had a distinctive building |
