Nice,clean and big room.

All good, very clean, large room, Large bath room, I looked at all the restaurants and found them good value for the food on offer and I dined in the Lebanese restaurant . All the staff I met were excellent this must be down to good training and management in put, the attention to detail in addressing the guests requirements was very good.

No English tv stations or English music channels, maybe this could be added in the future for International guests.

Friendliness of the staff. Comfortable room. Lovely mattress.

Attitude of the parking attendants. Breakfast not up to standard.

The construction going on in the roof top. The room door make a huge bang when closing.

Location, tidy, bathroom facility and the comfort bed.

No covered parking for big cars, and they kept my car under the sun boiling.

i like the room design, furniture's and the toiletries available in the bathroom.

hhmm, my wife was disappointed of the receptionist on duty when she checked out. first, she was not recognized by the receptionist though she was setting in front of them instead she called the other man. 2nd she was asked by the other receptionist for a change(money) which is not proper. we are working in a hospitality so we know all the standard.

1- Door if Shower Room, should be sealed at its side and bottom edge to prevent water to get out of the shower room. 2- Trash Cans should have bags inside

We have stayed before with no complaint. Near to everything Free Parking and Concierge was Excellent.

Check in was a bit slow this time. Note Hotel is DRY WiFi in rooms is very weak. ( Cable is no use with iphone/ipad)

I like the design of the room. All small details like comb tootbrushes.... The proximity to a Petrol station to buy water n sodas was appreciated

I like the decoration of the rooms, it's great, and how the welcome you with cockies and juice.

The room was very nice & comfortable.

The Ballroom was not that good, the white lights also need to be replaced with yellow lights. The movie on demand function was unavailable.

The cleaning of the room we got was lousy. There was at least a dussin long hairs in various places in the bathroom and the wall to wall carpet was full of filth. Not nice at all. The interior theme is black and white, with some chrome and is supposed to look luxurious and maybe a bit asian, but really just feels cold and unwelcoming. They claim to have secure parking inside and that is the only reason we choose this hotel, but really, the only parking they have is about 20 spaces of valet parking on the street around the hotel. We had a pickup truck with about 200 000 dirhams worth of racing motorcycles and spareparts on the open bed that we had to leave there and give the keys to the staff. We didn´t sleep very well that night...

Almost everything, I got a good deal, and it is really value for money, parking was free, petrol pump with a shop was just next to this hotel. Corniche is just a 5 minutes drive, very close to electra stree and you can shop there easily.
