The hotel Decoration was very classic and nice. Best thing about this hotel is the colourful lights in the night, really nice. The swimming pool was nice too. Breakfast was below my expectations

-Quiet pool not quiet -noise (moto race until 12am) -no access to balcony -no view from room -20 min to get a coffee during breakfast - have been disturbed twice at night by room service

Its really a nice Hotel and the staff was nice, food was good. Location is just a nightmare, its right next to the airport and especially at night you have every couple of minutes are plane who just departures over your head, Balcony doors were impossible to open, which means you cannot go on the balcony.

I liked everything. It was a joiful experiance. First class all the way. The breakfast was amazing. The Japanese restaurant was excellent. The room did not come with breakfast and the cost per person was very high. I don't mind paying that money for lunch or dinner.

Check in -out was fast. 5 star hotel and u had to ask for a toothbrush? Like seriously? Cable television didnt work. One had to call to have executive suite cleaned. A three star hotel has more facilities. Overated for what it is. Great dissapointment

We had the most fantastic time during our stay at the Yas Viceroy. Both my husband and I are keen Formula One followers and to stay in the hotel was a treat on its own. We were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and mentioned this during our booking. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the most efficient member of staff who congratulated us on our anniversary and also upgraded our room from Deluxe to Grand Suite which was fabulous and they even had a congratulations cake waiting in the room. We will never forget our stay in the Yas Viceroy as the service, pool, ambiance, cleanliness, luxury was out of this world. The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had and we have traveled all over the world. We had also stayed in the Atlantis and I would rate the Yas Viceroy for accommodation a far more superior hotel. We hope to return again at the end of the year and will definitely recommend to all our friends here in the middle east. Thank you to all the staff in the Yas Viceroy who made or stay perfect :) There was absolutely nothing you could fault about this hotel.

Nice view The hotel is very busy during check-in and check out, so the the service is slow. Waiting in a long queue for the breakfast.

I really like design of your hotel with minimallly decoration. My room was not very clean after last guest left. The only thing I really don't like is lack of sign for Yas island.all the time you feel that you are lost .

Staff were friendly and the assistance was commendable. I have booked two rooms in the same category. One room has a coffee machine but without a blow drier. The other has a blow drier but without a coffee machine. Wasn't sure if the items are by request.

The whole experience. This was our first trip to Abu Dhabi and if we return it would be difficult to choose another hotel. We felt the restaurants were a bit expensive but the food and service were excellent.

If somebody would like to stay in Abu Dhabi, we definitely recommend this lovely hotel. The location is very special (F1 race track) and the staff is very friendly and very well trained. The food from the room service was quick and delicious. Our balcony door did not work well, we needed assistance to close it.
