Towers Rotana - Dubai  

Location

1- At check-in, one receptionist told me I had to pay 1,000 for room extras, I asked him if it was ok to pay 500 only, he said Must be at least 1,000 or they will empty the mini bar and block the telephone! Next morning a different lady was there at the reception, I asked her about the deposit for room extras and gave her 500 only, she accepted !! (Why did the other receptionist said no?) I don't like inconsistent rules and information..........2- Although the bathroom is clean, I found many small (tiny) insects on the bathroom floor !! This is weird since the hotel has been renovated recently !! Also the water pressure coming out of the bidet is a bit weak...........3- Room service food is bad !! This is weird since the hotel hosts Teatro the award winning restaurant !! In the room I ordered chicken cream soup, which was so horrible I thought it was Um Ali because it was very very thick and undrinkable, I also tried their creme brulee which was tasteless..........4- There seems to be a problem with sound proofing in the room, every time the neighbor rooms flush their toilet or even wash their hands you will be hearing the sound of the water and drainage like if it is actually happening in your own bathroom, and even louder that I thought somebody is inside my bathroom, the sound that comes when neighbors just open the water in their bathroom is so annoying that I was going to cancel the remaining days of my booking and go to another hotel

Hotel has good facilities. Staff are very helpul and very professional. Service is outstanding. Location is good for shopping and other activities. I was upgraded for free which was great. Would recommend to anyone visiting Dubai.

The pool and gym are in an adjacent building. Although only 50m away, I would prefer it to be in the same building. There is a brigde linking the twobuildings but it was closed, so you had to walk outside the hotel to access pool and gym.

the staff were very warm and welcoming. so accommodating and enthusiastic in giving assistance. the guest services especially were very helpful and so as the reception staff. room services were also quick in serving food.

The card key was most of the time not working. We were on the 14th floor and everytime we have to go down to inform the reception that our card key is not being accepted. May be it would be good if there is a telephone line beside the elevator in each floor?

Towers Rotana rooms are well appointed and very comfortable.The house staff make a round in the afternoon to supply anything you had used eg the water for coffee & tea I thought this was very good service that I had never encountered before .Generally all the staff were very good the front desk very welcoming and the porters keen to assist you to get your taxi etc . The room was kept spotless .The Hotel is situated downtown and close to the Metro system the "Financial Centre " station" only 100 m away .The big malls (Emirates,Dubai ,Wafi ) provide free shuttles that come to the hotel door on a timetable which I found very convenient

I totally enjoyed everything about my stay The only thing and it is Dubai generally and not just Towers but the advertised price is not the price you end up paying as a number of taxes get added (muncipality fee,service fee ) this is made clear in the advertising but still comes as a surprise when you go to check out !!

location,kindness of staff ,services and the important thing is the leather sitting area beside the window(wonderfull for kids)

The hair dresser was sleazy, trying to hit on my wife,come onto her, talking to her like a play boy, customer service very bad, should be shut down, pool on other building doesn't help.

Remodel Long'S. Seats haven't changed in the seven years I've been going there.

I usually use the same hotel on my business trips to Dubai as it is central to my needs.

It was written spa and turkish bath as hotel facilities but there was nothing .. I was really dispointed from booking

It must be a five stars hotel..!! The hotel is one of the best hotels I ever stayed in in my life. I really had amazing stay at Towers Rotana. The staff were unbelievable. They were ensuring that we are deligheted in every single request. The location is very handy too. Only one minute walking to Financial Center Metro Station. Car parking was available as well. If your purpose from travelling is business, shopping, or relaxation; Towers Rotanan is your best choice.

Convenient, good for business district.

Lovely room with comfortable bed in an ideal location for the Financial sector and major shopping areas.

If I were a little critical the lay our of the bathroom was a little strange and tight in proportions
