the location was the only good thing, the staff were friendly as well.

the room was too small, poor furniture, poor quality breakfast.. over all not good value for money.

The hotel is located in the heart of Dubai Sheikh Zayed Road nearby many attractions mainly Dubai Mall.

Slow Elevator. Breakfast not included. 10% + 10% gov. Charges not included in the hotel rate.

smooth check-in, friendly staff, clean and comfort, cool fitness center & pool, and every thing was excellent & better than expected.

I m travelling a lot, but the front office check in staff in this hotel is the worse I have ever seen, special that big guy he is the most rude one, I checked in at midnight it toke me more than a hour to check in. My advise to travelers who travel at night be sure you have more than one credit card otherwise you are standing in the middle of the night on the street, instead of helping you they kick you out. I have never experience this in my entire life knowing I am travelling a lot all over the world. When I checked in the credit card machine was canceling my payment, knowing as I just used my credit card just before without any problem. After a couple of time they say sorry I cant check you, without looking in to other options, please remember I am still a returning guest they have all my details and records. After one hour I started to use my voice, than the big guy said instead of looking in to the situation he Oh I see you get nervous now. This made me even more angry so I get louder too. When the clock is ticking to 01.30hr in the morning after a long flight. Only a one Philippine girl try to help but the big guy toke over. I can tell you the thru this person should not be in hospitality, he should work in a farm. However, To keep the long story short I got a other card I used it and when I went to the room I called my bank and there was nothing wrong with my card as I told them so many times, according to the bank there was also no request for payment online, according to the bank it was their internal maybe cabling problem. The next day I went and told them that nobody cares I used my card every where also later on in the hotel without any problem. When I did not had my second card, according to the front office staff I was standing on the street.

The remodeling work that was in progress ! Every morning start till 5 pm every day ! This was very ennoying

Location is great, right in front of a railway station...very convenient. Many restaurants are right around the hotel, and it makes for a nice evening walk.

The staff were very freindly and cooperative.

i like hotel with good facelity by their spa was so week .

The room had an indoor balcony window with a relaxing area. Superb!

The pool is in another building and the walkway was closed

Thw location the services the grooming of the staff and their quick reply for any request especially the front office team mr jad mr ajmal and others the housekeeping is very tighdy over all it was a nice stay in this hotel and for sure it will be another time

Internet wifi to be honest suppose to be for free cause all hotels surrounding rotana wifi is free of charges

Staff was very efficient the room was very good. Long bar was enjoyable

Baywindow bed with beautiful view

the windows were not clean Breakfast had few choices

- The fact of the bedroom has door access to other rooms and the noise that were comming from those doors (I could hear the room next to me!!) - pay for internet access. A few days after i've check-in, i went to Shangri La Hotel for a beer with friends and my surprise was high when i've checked the wi-fi was free!! When i return to the hotel, complain about it and at the end the invoice had no internet fees. But this should happent. - the price i've cheked on booking.com was not the same i've payed on my bill. I've payed 20% more!

So friendly ,great location, although we used to live in the sangria la appartments and were regulars at longs so knew the hotel. Maybe coming back with my husband in a few weeks time too .

Arrived late at night and ordered a salad and never got it ! When calling back they said "so you want to order it" !!!

To crowded and a very small reception. Took forever to check in

Maintenance department is not good. During my stay, the tv was not working properly and the maintenance were only promissing we will repair.

Great hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable rooms as well

Far too expensive and not worth 1800 euros for 4 nights stay.
