The front desk staff were very welcoming. I had a discount which made the room less than half the price of the regular fare. The room was well worth the money that I paid - not worth the regular fare rates. It is a standard room. |

Good position very close to financial centre Metro Station. Very helpful staff. Excellent Buffet Breakfast. Rooms quite small for a Dubai Hotel |

Cleanliness We didn't get the three bedroom apartment which we made prepaid reservations for. Instead we got three connecting rooms. No formal sitting room, no kitchen and no laudry room. The staff tried their best to rectify the situation but there were no three bedroom apartments that were available. |

Excellent location, good value for money, good restaurant (Teatro) and bar (Longs) available if you want to stay close to home! Room Service food was not good at all. I didn't complain but the room service waiter had the good grace to notice I had not eaten my chicken curry which appeared to have frozen microwaved cardboard chicken with a gloopy sauce. Really not edible. |

The staff were welcoming and friendly and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. There was ample choice of restaurant and the food delicious. The club room offered business facilities and the staff there were eager to please and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is getting old, although still clean and comfortable. The beds are a little hard and the bathroom are looking tired. |

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience in the Hotel. And we wanted to send a complaint letter for the administration. When checking out, we discovered that they changed the room rate during our stay without any notification (it even doubled). The staff were very impolite while talking to us. It was really a very bad experience and we are not going to visit this hotel anymore!! |
