It was a bad experience and would never stay there again. The staff were very unprofessional, did not know what they were doing. The service was the worst ever experienced in any hotel that I had stayed in. The gym was a complete joke. Nothing worked and it looked as if it was last used in the erly 90's. The pool is for children and lacked safty measures. It also took me 2 days to obtain an iron and when I did recieve the iron, it was partly broken ad non-steam. The internet charges cost more tha the seven star hotel Burj Al Arab. A complete rip off. Everything about the hotel was bad except the location wich was perfect if you want to go shopping in the mall opposite the hotel. |

1. The hotel location was good, just opposite to Mega Mall; 2. The kitchenate. 1.The bed was not comfortable at all. We had terrible sleep the first night and when complained the hotel provided an extra soft layer. 2. the toilet wasn'r flushing properly and once again we asked to have it fixed. 3. towels were old and worn out. 4. breakfast was too basic, if not poor. |

The check in staff was excellent. Very polite and ever willing to help.Good value for money. Proximity to a lot of good restraunts. Room was not very clean. The ac brokedown in between, but was taken care off immediately. |
