Friendly staff

i loved my room, the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff

i didn't like the fact that i didn't know i had a complimentary wifi attached until 12hrs to my departure and the late check in after indicating willingness to pay more for early check in

Good price , good room , there are few persons of the staff trying to help but it is not the rule

The location is hard to reach and far from everything, some of the staff are too aggressive,they asked to keep my passport with them till I check out " to be sure that the customer will PAY" although they took half the money they have to take at the check out as a deposit, also the breakfast is poor and low quality food

Decent 3*** room, everything was clean. Location: 5 min. walk from Al Rigga metro, early morning taxi to the airport was 15 AED and less than 10 minutes.

The bathroom was slightly tired and very dark.

Excellent location, 300 metres to Union station. Very friendly staff. Huge rooms Food very good and varied Close to airport. Ideal for those using the hotel as a base whilst out during the day and evening

Es handelt sich um ein schlichtes Hotel und wie auch viele andere Gaeste vorschlagen, Zimmer in den hohen Etagen anfragen, da in der 1. Etage zwei discos mit sehr lauter Musik bis ca. 03.00 Uhr morgens sind. Ausserdem bei Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte wird vom Hotel eine Teuerung von 4,2% Wahrungskommission zugeschlagen; obwohl Booking.com das nicht bei der Reservierung bekannt macht. Das Hotel teilt dies dem Gast erst bei der Abreise mit, nachdem wir fuer 10 Naechte dort uebernachtet haben und beim Check-in wussten Sie, dass wir mit Kreditkarte und nicht mit Bargeld bezahlen wuerden ! ! Fruehstueck sehr schlecht jeden Tag dasselbe. Im Badezimmer WC-Wasserablauf nicht repariert waehrend unseres ganzen Aufenthalt. Zum gleichen Preis findet man bestimmt besseres Hotel in Dubai . wi-fi funktionert nur in der Lobby, Hotelpersonal sehr arrogant und unineressiert gegenueber der Gaeste. Very poor hotel structure. we recommend to ask rooms in higher floors, because as a lot of guests reclaimed, in the 1st floor there are 2 discotheques with very loud music ..... and you cannot sleep in the night. breakfast very poor and every day the same. In bathroom the toilet has a water discharge during our long stay , but it has never been repaired. WI-FI is working just in the lobby. Staff very disinteresting and not friendly. for same price you can find better hotel in Dubai. Moreover if you pay with Creditcard they surcharge + 4,2 % value exchange commission on totale amount. But booking.com does not tell it when you reserve the room. The reception advised us JUST when we had to pay on last day when we made check-out. we were there 10 days and they did not informed us about this matter and surcharge before and also not when we made check-in !!!

breakfast is not good, problem in TV channels, connectimng to the internet is diffecult and when you get connected it is very slow.

Friendly staffs, Good service and value for money. We had a great trip with no hassles.

Good location in close to Al Riga metro and bus route C9 which connects you to many parts of Dubai. Good, choice of breakfast and very friendly staff who ever you speak to. Free,good wifi connection and internet facility at the lobby. Plenty of shops and eating places around.

Two single beds in a double room make it bit cramped. Water leaks between shower curtain and wall and flows in to the floor resulting floods. Dirty shower curtain in your way (squeezing) when having a shower due to water flow draft.

The booking system did not work. My friend did not get his room at the all. For me it was long delay before getting a key and luggage into the room. I have asked for a room far away from noisy night restaurants. The hotel did not accepted our request and keeping us on floor 4. Two times they promised us to give a new room but the rooms were already given to someone else. Finally, we got a room on floor 5. There they did not provide deluxe room accessories automatically. The worst thing from my perspective is that the employees at the reception desk are mostly untrusty.

Good location, close to metro station and bus stop to Mamzar beach

I was a regular customer for the last three years. I have seen a drastic changes in the staff attitude toward guests. They become very agressive and mean in many ways.

It was cheap but had everything. Good location, very very friendly and helpful staff. Always ready to help you enjoy your stay.
