Clean room, good location, but the staff always made excuse and blame the management for problems I was informed that after first day, Internet is only free first day of stay. However, no where or no one informed us that additional staying days the guest must pay for this service even though we were paying for more than one day stay. But no manager ever contacted us to resolve this issue |

The hotel arranged uae visas for us for a reasonable amount of money and quickly (unfortunately we aren't citizens of the 34 coutries that can get the visas on the spot). And we didn't have to stay the whole period of time of our visit to uae in the hotel! Noise from the nightclub on the first floor (stayed on the fifth). But we were so tired every evening that we hardly noticed :-) |

Frankly, Nothing. Neither location nor facilities. The published information about Ambience, Room Facilities, Furniture, Locations and the actual place were different and below expectation. It was not bad but was not appealing enough to visit again. |

the rooms are clean and the hotel is idealy located and access to important places is quite good. there was no menu card and telephone card avilable in the room. these two things are normally avialble in any hotel rooms. |

The hotel staff put themselves out to accommodate us when we arrived well before the booking-in time. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, and nothing appeared to be too much trouble for them |

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.the room was very dirty mainly the carpet.the bathroom needs repairing.the dining room where is the buffet is too little and it has not enough tables as a result we have to wait for an empty table.the breakfast buffet it was fair and there is not any cheese.the stuff need more training. |

We stayed at the second floor and it was very noisy untiil 03:30 in the morning, because the hotel had 3 discos at the first floor. This was very annoying. |

location,hotel staff,room facilities,specially after check out at 12:00 pm,they still looked after our luggage as we went shopping,because our flight was at 22.00 pm, we asked the staff if we could leave our baggage in hotel,they said no problem.so we collected our belongings at 18.00 and headed for the airport.very help full staff, no,not at all.very friendly |
