I liked the location. The rooms were all very stylish and comfortable. As we were only there for a weekend, it would have been useful if basic amenities such as washing liquid, tea towels, soap etc had been provided. Also, there were a number of light bulbs that did not work and there were 2 handles that were missing from cupboards. We also had a large cooker but as 4 of the rings were gas and there was no gas it was very disappointing. |

excellent apartment and we were allowed to check in early which was great, however there were no toiletries in the bathrooms and basic washing up liquids etc. |

The appartment was nice the worst suprise which we got is there were all bugs usully sucks blood which comes becuase some body before us stayed with his dogs in the appartment and i have a baby and 2 3 children, it was soo scary for us and the hotel didn't do any thing about and we just left the hotel. and it was our hoildays . |

the rooms very spasious and their is 4 toilets and this really good, the privet beach was good their is no loby in the hotel as will as there is no resturant for the breakfast,, and the hotel is not providing,,coffe,tea, milk in the rooms,, the cheak in took long time,, the swemming pool water was really cold |

the view of the hotel & the peace of silent there was no Al Qablah direction to pray. we lost half day without praying. |

The location of the hotel The hotel have a poor service: 1. No housekeeping on Friday as it public holiday in Dubai the other hotel have the house keeping 7 days a week. 2. No restaurant. 3. No one to take the luggage (at least they have to but a trolley). |

ホテル並みのクリーニングサービスと説明されていたが、滞在期間中の掃除は1回のみ。それもこちらから問い合わせた上での、一部の掃き掃除のみ。リネン類の交換も一切なし。結局自分自身で洗濯した。掃除に関しては、自分自身でやろうにも、掃除機もモップもない。このあたりのサービス説明がまったく食い違っている。説明では掃除・タオルは毎日交換、シーツは2日に1回交換。 |
