Conveniently located on Sheikh Zayad Road, in between taxi distance to Jumeirah and Deira on either side, and beyond. No sign on the outside visible during the day, to attract visitors to the hotel. |

I enjoyed allot using the gym during the one week I stayed in Villa Rotana, also was a good opportunity to explore many pleasant sections of The Dubai Mall, which was not far from the superior location of the hotel, that is close to the vivacious Jumaira Beech. |

I was attending a conference in Dubai and brought along my wife and 10-month-old baby, so I looked for serviced apts with full kitchens and a good location in town. Villa Rotana was a perfect choice... The only drawbacks were that I wish there were more English channels on TV and more variety for the breakfast buffet. |

What I like most in Villa-Rotan is the location ,design , pricing and cleanliness. However, the hotel staff not shows any cooperation in particular my little kids (17 month old) had an accident (he injured his head from the back on the mini-kitchen chair’s edge) on next day of our arriving , I was holding the kids and wearing my pajama and my wife following me when we get down and asking the reception about the nearest hospital she didn’t show nay attention or any kind of... |

The location is good and the rooms are spacious Our room faced the road so it was a little noisy. We arrived 2 hours after check in time and our room was not ready. |

Breakfast menu needs to be changed atleast once in two days. The bread was stale.The staff during breakfast were quite uncourteous. I asked for some milk for coffee and i was told to find it myself!! |

Fantastic stay, gym and pool are very impressive. It's in the middle of Dubai so no taxi is prohibatively expensive.Good Breakfast. Accomodating staff with early and late checkouts. Only downside is the location it's a taxi ride everywhere bar the local supermarkets and a small mall (Mazaya Centre). Shiekh Zayed road is very very busy. But you get what you pay for and for the price you can't really beat it in Dubai. |

Everything. It was the right choice for the four of us. The location and facilities were just perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer than the 3 nights. I thought it was somewhat odd that the hotel did not have a booklet in the room to provide quick information about the hotel the facilities available. |
