The room was very nice and the breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly. The construction made finding/getting to the place a bit difficult and somewhat noisey during the day. Not really the hotels fault, but it doesn't look like it will be finished anytime soon. |

Location The AC is not room controled . That was a big problem in the room . The first night we freezed and the second night we were with out AC becasue the hotel technicians had to disconnect it. |

Fair price of food and room rates, along with the quality of Rotana hotels. Good Location, excellent for savers. There is a mosque close to the hotel, with loudly human voice broadcasting from the Speakers. I could not sleep all Friday afternoon, Seems he was angry at people. In some hours there is a shortage of taxi outside the hotel. Hotel does not have enough taxis. |

Conveniently located on Sheikh Zayad Road, in between taxi distance to Jumeirah and Deira on either side, and beyond. No sign on the outside visible during the day, to attract visitors to the hotel. |

I enjoyed allot using the gym during the one week I stayed in Villa Rotana, also was a good opportunity to explore many pleasant sections of The Dubai Mall, which was not far from the superior location of the hotel, that is close to the vivacious Jumaira Beech. |

I was attending a conference in Dubai and brought along my wife and 10-month-old baby, so I looked for serviced apts with full kitchens and a good location in town. Villa Rotana was a perfect choice... The only drawbacks were that I wish there were more English channels on TV and more variety for the breakfast buffet. |

What I like most in Villa-Rotan is the location ,design , pricing and cleanliness. However, the hotel staff not shows any cooperation in particular my little kids (17 month old) had an accident (he injured his head from the back on the mini-kitchen chair’s edge) on next day of our arriving , I was holding the kids and wearing my pajama and my wife following me when we get down and asking the reception about the nearest hospital she didn’t show nay attention or any kind of... |
