Everything is perfect. They are waiting for me in the middle of night and also give me a better room. The pool and jakuzi at the roof top is also a good place to relax. |

It was the noisest hotel I have had the misfotune of staying in. Didn't sleep for 4 nights because of traffic noise. On questioning this with reception they just laughed!!! I will stay else where if I go bacik to Abu Dhabi. |

friendly personel. clean and comfortable rooms. Main location to downtown, other main hotels, the abu Dhabi mall and on the main road that takes you to the corniche, the marina and the emirates palace. |

Proximity to mall, bathroom was spacious, access to jacuzzi and sauna though we only stayed one night and didn't get chance to use them. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful - kept us waiting without recognition when we arrived. The 16% on top of total room rate should have been highlighted when booking online - I was shocked to pay that much extra when I arrived! |

The room size was superb and the staff are courteous and helpful. It is an easy place to stay in. The room was quite dark depsite the lighting - not a problem, but could be more light for the wardrobes. |
