Spacious Room

The price was reasenable and it was close to the airport.

We booked a 1 bedroom and had to share a dubbel bed in a batchelor unit, the first night, between 2 grown men. Not nice. The unites was durty and the couches were torn and burned with sigarets. The remote for the tv didn't work. The showers have no curtens, therefor if u shower the hole bathroom is wet and when we asked for a curten they just say they will send one, 3 days in a row. Only the person at the reseption could speak english. there are no night frils on the beds and the linnens are all old and durty. The cleaning staff only pulled the bedding strait and thats were it ends. The kitchen is only have some of the cutlery and a lot is missing. this is not a 4 star hotel!!!!

Your staff was so mean we stayed for two night no body clean our room there was only two towel for entire two days no towel for wiping the hands and face

Accommodation was ok

Very bad service. The manager, called mr santosh, was very unhelpfull and thought the guests were wasting his time. Very Very Bad service..would not recommend any one to stay in the hotel.

Everything was good. staff was cooperative, polite.Well maintained rooms.

Nicely designed rooms, plenty of space.Couch was comfortable, bed was one of those ones that is two singles stuck together- hubby didn't like it but I thought it was fine. Pool was nice, helpful staff.

Location was not good for families with small kids recently out of a pram as 20 min walk to nearest metro and when you have kids you can't just hop in a taxi as they never have car seats. And what is it with Dubai hotels and lack of towels? Only two for the room and three of us stayed, NO face cloths, NO tea towel, NO dishcloth. Also no microwave and no teaspoons. Room generally felt unclean, plug in handbasin blocked. Breakfast not that great but would be adequate if it was included in room rate- ours wasn't. OK for two nights but would not reccommend.

From A-Z absolute waste of money

The room was not cleaned properly, room service were always late, the walls were dirty, the T.v stopped working out of a sudden and screen turned blue, once I entered the suite, it had a strange smell in it. Apart from that the staff did not welcome us once we arrived, his face was concentrated on the computer while I was talking to him, apparently he was not listening. I booked for a 1 bedroom suit and got upgraded for 2 bedroom as the 1 bedroom was not ready, which is totaly fine, however you should work out a lot on cleanliness of the rooms + the service.

location in quiet aria, near to down town and business bay,new and clean,big rooms,

internet not free, reception staff not nice,if you do not have car is not easy to get taxi

In fact a lot starting from naive non professional staff to many missing items in kitchen , old furniture , unclean room , limited TV channels ( one channel for kids !!) , noisy AC and poor location .. not recommended and PLZ don't be cheated by price !

The district and the size of the room and price

I stayed in this hotel two years back and the situation was not that bad , the rooms are not clean (dirty), reseption staff are very rude, i will never stay there again.

Good and nice interior. Suitable for budget family and backpackers. Location wise near to downtown just walk by to get Dubai Metr O.

Toiletteries not refill and not coffe or sugar given. Washing Machine not well function. Less smile from the concierge staff

The two bedroom apartment size is very good

the hotel is dirty, especially if you are travelling with young children. Reception staff were unprofessional and even rude in sometimes.

The Hotel was clean and comfortable.

The only problem I had was the location was very far from restaurants and the Metro. It is not advisable unless you have a vehicle for travel. Also the hotel food is not up to the mark.

It is a a hotel apartment in a cozy area, you need to either have a car or good money to spend with schedule taxis costing 10-15$ to travel any of main shopping malls...

Really from 1st time ,I feel relax

I was there for 3 nights. The first two nights stayed in 2 bedroom and that was nice but then the last night we opted for 1 bedroom apartment and that was bad since the toilets smelled.

The check out time is very rigid- 12pm. Maximum grace period for check out is 1pm which is not good for someone who visits Dubai frequently. I did request them for check out at 2pm since I have an infant and 2 yr child but the receptionist but never understood. All other apartments generally are sweet enough to give checkout grace time till 2pm.

Well to be honest very neat and clean hotel. Good and nice staff especiall the security person mr . Zakareya and the front desk person. As awhole it is nice hotel and excellent value for the money the amazing thing is located in quite area.

Ummm just only one thing at least they shouldnt charge u for coffe and there should coffe or tea included with the room

The prices of the rooms are reasonable. The size of the flat is fair enough. The location of the hotel is very good as it is very closed to the shopping centers and the viewing sites. The hotel is very quite as no discos are there. There is a mosque beside the hotel + a small shop. It is very approperiate for a muslim famillies or those who are looking for a quite place to stay in.

The rooms are not clean at all. Alot of items were missed from the kitchen and we had to ask them every time for item by item.

Many things the location of the suites is far away from the main road you have to wait so long to have a taxi. the room size is very small you feel suffocated there is no outside sight but another nearby old building you feel like in prison i have problem with washer but when i call them they need at least two person to appear to serve you and it takes two to three hours. on the first day i find some drinks in the refrigerator i thought this is part of the hospitality and i consumed most of it but when i am checking out they told me i have to pay for that drink more than 70 seventy uae dirham . i told them this is not fare because no body inform me about any extra charges and those drink worth only 20 not seventy after a long argument and quarrel and very hard discussion i told them to finish this dispute i will call the police and only at this time they let me go without paying so really dont waste your money i discover later when i arrived there that for the same price you will find a cleaner hotel in the main roads in the same district so please keep away from this hotel
