    1) the location on the clear and nice beach 2) hammock on the balcony 3) champagne in the room 4) flowers on the bed

    1) photos shows much more clean, new and nice rooms rather than in the reality - all wooded parts in the room need renovation 2) no tv in the room 3) for all inclusive hotel very limited food variation in the restaurant 4) impossible to leave the food during the breakfast- the birds will steel immediately 5) employees at the bar are lazy 6) very high priced hotel for the quality offered

Great location and views. 2 nice infinity pools. The staff was great - from Tony and Oriel the bartenders, Jahmourlie and Cicely who worked at the restaurant, and Glenda who did our room. If you are on a honeymoon and haven't traveled much you might really enjoy it. If you know what else is out there you won't want to stay here. Dinners were not as bad with flies as the other two meals daily. Our room was very clean - but the grounds and pool area would get cigarette butts and lots of left over cups every day. Cups were picked up but not as often as they should - butts were often there for a few days and then cleaned up.

Each day after cleaning the room the AC is turned off, not a problem - it saves energy. However since all the cottages have corrugated tin roofs they get very hot. At the end of the day you have to go to the room while there is still sunlight to open all the doors to let in air. { After sunset the doors being open will only let in more flying and crawling bugs than you can shake a stick at. } Then you turn on the small AC unit which is no match even for the small size of the cottage. With the A/C set as low as possible and running all night your room will still be in the mid 70's at sunrise....Since there are only shear curtains to protect privacy but they do NOT block the sunlight - you will be woken up sometime around 6AM. We would put on our plane blindfolds to go back to sleep again. Front desk could not change any money from $10 to $100 bills at all - so were were unable to tip our excellent servers. The beach was ok but sad compared to most of the island. If you snorkel - you will SEE what I mean. Bottles, garbage, clothes etc in the water. We went to the beach there once and knew we would have to pay the price to enjoy the rest of our vacation. We left every day to go to good beaches. Although we had to pay for cabs and meals and drinks at the places we went - it was so worth it. We took a cab that would get paid on the return because we could break a $100 at the lunch spot and have cash for the cab. The buffet breakfast and lunches were so so at best. The choices were not many and repetitive. The fact there is another restaurant on site (Shear Rocks) that is leased out and you have no option to eat there other than paying full price is ridiculous. Dinner menu was small in choices, usually 3 for starters, 1 soup or option of small pasta of the day and 3 main courses. The size of the main course would usually be about the size of a post-it note. So eat the pasta instead of the soup if you don't want to go to bed hungry.

Fantastic, romantic, quiet honeymoon destination. Extremely helpful, friendly staff in general. Unique views of the turquoise sea and white sands of the surrounding beaches. Many romantic touches such as being greeted by a bottle of champagne or candles and petals one evening. We will be going back.

Need to get mint for mojito cocktails

The view from the hotel, everywere you were was Fantastic! Great caribean food, but also european, Im a vegetarien, and there was even food for me too. Beers, wine, drinks, water as much as you wanted. Pool area and lounge wonderful, and you felt like home. You pay a little more for this place compared to other All inclusive(except Cocos Hotel, more expensive, and not as good as Cocobay, many desapointed about Cocos,so were we), stay in Cocobay and you dont want to leave, and see and stay at the best place in Antigua. No other place is so quiet, beautiful, and great place to get married, or for your Honeymoon, like us. We can only say,we would like to have stayed there longer.

We have booked a Deluxe room, but did not get seaview, but with a garden view, and a road. But when we ordered it should have been with Sea view. So was very disapointed about that! So get one with pool,to be sure.

We just returned from getting married there and then staying for our honeymoon. This resort is top notch. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful people I've ever met. The accommodations and food are excellent. We will definitely be returning.

They could have offered more shuttles to different places on the island.

Our waterfront cottage had an extraordinary view. It was so private and relaxing. The resort is small and very friendly.

I did not like getting up early and running to the beach to secure a chair in the shade. Added stress to an otherwise perfect vacation.

Very friendly staff, quality of food and drink, especially dinner.

Nothing much. Perhaps the breakfast buffet could have had a bit more choice of fruit, cheese and meats, and the cereal looked a little tired, but that's a minor point.

Location and relaxed atmosphere.Friendly staff. Cabin balcony view direct to sea. Sandy private beach, sheltered sea, and outlook.

Daily queues for cooked eggs at buffet breakfast. Having to reserve early morning each day to get your choice of dinner time. Birds scavenging off restaurant tables during meals. Extra $10 per day for internet -and speed sometimes very slow.

The staff were universally excellent led by O'Neal. The location and the beach were excellent as were the two infinity pools. The food was good for an all inclusive resort.

The chalet rooms were a bit basic.

The location, it was away from the busy beaches but offered all you could want. The staff, especially Saskia, they were always smiling. The food was excellent as was the choice. The breakfast staff could all make perfect soft scrambled eggs. Also the wonderful surprises in your room from the management were a new thing since our first visit. It made you feel special.

One fault was the tendency to over salt some of the food. But that's all folks!!

Incredible views, fantastic service, amazing staff, wonderful food & the rustic feel of the place made it ideal for our honeymoon. Will definitely be back!

Loved everything but will try give some constructive feedback. Showering & washing long hair a little difficult without much pressure. No natural light in the bathroom & gaps in shutter doors meant lizards & biting insects could get into the room that way. Could be more hooks to secure window & door open as well as to hang towels & clothing up. Pool seemed always cold as in near constant shadow. Screening between rooms full of gaps & not very private making room massages & sunbathing on deck a little uncomfortable.
