Friendly staff. Quiet clean and very relaxing. Food was excellent too

The a la carte dinners were excellent with varied and interesting choices and the presentation was equal to a five-star restauarant. The host was extremely attentive and worked hard to please the dinner guests. The lunch buffet also had a good variety of choices and a different delicious homemade soup everyday. Our room was lovely and had sliding doors so you walked right out to a little patio where there were two Adarondack chairs and a hammock. The rooms all face the ocean with beautiful views. The water was very high when we were there and the beach was covered. Just before we left the water level went down and people were being able to sit on the beach again.

The only problem we had with the hotel was the problem of sand fleas or "no-see-ums" as they call them in Florida. We had lots of bites and had to buy some insect repellent at the front desk. It was a drag having to be covered in insect repellent all the time but there was no choice. Most of the people on the beach were covered in bites too and were spraying on insect repellent. They were fogging with insecticide at dusk trying to kill the insects but that wasn't that pleasant either. Maybe it was the time of year we were there (early Nov.) but because of this problem, we wouldn't go back or recommend the hotel to others.

Excellent location on secluded beach with wonderful swimming. Excellent food and terrific friendly staff. Private balcony overlooking the nearby sea and lots of friendly birds.

Flies around the breakfast area because plates were not removed fast enough. Fog mosquito spray kept mosquitos at bay but I worried about health considerations.

Where to begin. It was just plan old boring!!!! No live entertainment, except the man who plays the steal drum for 45 minutes on thursday night for the "Manger special night", where there was never a manager around to talk to or tell your thoughts too. The bar closed at 11pm eveyday...?????never understood that. Was told the taxi to and from the airport was free, untrue. A "bell-hop" never came to get our bags like we where told when we where getting ready to check out. It took a day and a half to get a hammock in our room (even though that was a selling point for the place). The staff was not to friendly, maybe 3 out of the 20 that we saw where. Had to sign up for dinner everynight (like breakfast time) or else you wouls get no donner. Never any food or snack out in between the day...did I mention the bar closed at 11 every night!? Never anything to do, boring boring. Borning. The front end staff was clueless on many accounts. They could even change back money from their oWn currency. We paid for everything in ec (eastern caribean dollars), which is their currency, but could give proper change back...They wanted everything in american dollars. Just poorly trained staff. The sad thing is, this place has alot of potential. There was just no effort being put into it at all, aleast from what we could see and others we talked to.

Tutto,hotel molto carino,raccolto e accogliente , cucina ottima e pulito.

Un beau cadre, une belle petite structure à l'échelle humaine,très convivial un personnel très sympathique, très professionnel et très avenant, toujours souriant. Une très bonne cuisine et de bons cocktails au bar.

Could be cleaner and the pool and area are around it is not great. The rooms are lovely but tired and not well maintained or cleaned properly. The mosquitos and sand flies are terrible and the hotel seem to think that fogging every few days is working but it does nothing. During the meet the managers cocktail party we pointed out to her that all the guests were being eaten alive even though we all used insect repellent and she went and got candles etc to put out and this worked very well. Unfortunately she did not seem to think it important to continue this and so we carried on being uncomfortable. The little outside restaurant area is lovely and the food excellent but when you are covered in insects constantly it spoils the whole atmosphere. For this reason we would not return or recommend this hotel

Very friendly hotel. Everyone there was very welcoming to me, especially the other guests. The food was hit and miss though I thought dinner was especially good. Again, the guests and staff makes this place work.

There were so many sand flea's at this hotel I had a thousand bites and had to take a cab into St. John's just to buy anti itch.

The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. I was looking for information on the island and their guides were knowledgable and courteous.

La petite structure ou toutes les chambres donnent sur la plage. La plage, le restaurant. Le all inclusive est intéressant. Le soir il faut prevoir du produit anti moustique (comme partout dans l'ile). Le personnel est tres agréable. Il y a des kayaks pour se promener le long des plages environnantes.

A notre arrivée, le taxi gratuit demande par mail n'etait pas la, puis on nous a dit 'desole, on n'a pas de chambre pour vous, c'est booking.com qui reserve meme quand il n'y a plus de chambre'. On nous a fourni un cottage a 500 m de la (par ailleurs charmant et très agreable, mais pas au bord de la plage) pour le 1er jour et le 2 eme jour on nous a donne notre chambre a 14h. La gerante n'est pas tres agréable.

Food was good. Beach was good. Room was spacious

Location is remote. Facilities are dated and tired. Felt like Robinson Crueso was going to appear.
