poor wifi reception in room. Which meant that I then had to move and downgrade to a smaller room, in order to get wifi reception. The downgrade was also not reflected in what I had to pay.

If you're just looking a hotel-like atmosphere with a more high-end feel, this is the place for you.

When you first arrive, the staff showers you with kindness and great hospitality. But don't expect that to last. As soon as we left the reception desk and went to the restaurant, we were greeted with attitude. While at the hotel, we called the front desk for towels. Three hours later we called back again and the lady said, "You need them now? Fine." So the greeting party was TRAINED to be nice. The rest of the time, be prepared to feel like the staff is doing you a favor when you ask for something.

Booking out we were told we had spent money although we knew we had not (a.i)would not take our word for it. Asked for a lift to jolly harbour(5 mins away) told to take a taxi yet people in jolly harbour who did not stop at the hotel got free lifts back and forth to the hotel restaurant.

We originally were staying in another hotel. The hotel ended up being a great disappointment. We contacted Sugar Ridge in the very early morning on the second day of our vacation. They were very accommodating. We called at 8am and while check in is usually 3pm the staff at Sugar Ridge said to come on over and relax and have breakfast and they would get our room ready as soon as possible. They had our room ready at 10am! The room was beautiful - with flowers placed around the room. The balcony had a spectacular view - with a splash pool. It is a lovely hotel and a great property. The Carmichael Restaurant up the top of the hill has incredible views and a fabulous pool. It is a wonderful place!

Our room wasn't cleaned the second day and that was quite a disappointment as we were out all day and really were looking forward to returning to a newly cleaned room. When we returned which was around 5 pm we were informed that the cleaning crew was gone for the day. The woman who did the turn down service did her best to tidy up but she really didn't have the right equipment and it wasn't her job.

El personal fue muy amable y dispuesto a solucionar los inconvenientes. A pesar de nuestra disconformidad al momento del check en función de erradas expectativas, intentaron en todo momento dar una respuesta.

La descripción en internet lleva a pensar que el hotel esta situado en una ladera y que las habitaciones disponen de mucha tranquilidad y buena vista. Esto es correcto para el restaurant superior pero de hecho la vista a nivel de las habitaciones no es tan buena y la ruta está justo al lado del complejo por lo que el pasaje constante de los autos se escucha claramente. Sinceramente nuestra idea era de algo más tranquilo. El hotel es razonablemente bueno pero en nuestro caso (u$s 460 la noche) la relación precio/calidad no es buena.

I prezzi sono molto alti per i servizi offerti, consiglio un programma di animazione più efficente.

Il personale é lento nel soddisfare le esigenze, ciò si abbina perfettamente ai ritmi dell'isola. Anche la rete wifi è incostante e lenta. Il resort, per la sua posizione non sul mare, é troppo caro rispetto ai comfort che offre.

The property is amazing. The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. Accommodating staff. Close to the market for shopping.

The pool is a bit small. The resort is very quiet. Need to drive to the beach.
