La situation de l'hotel. Le personnel accueillant. La qualité et propreté de la chambre. La plage à quelques mètres de l'hotel La TV / Wifi qui ne fonctionne pas toujours très bien.

Situation excellente a 2 pas d'une des plus belles plages de l'ile Calme et chambre spacieuse Possibilite de dejeuner et diner sur cette meme plage dans des restaurants plein de charme les pieds dans le sable Amenagement de la chambre avec une kitchenette qui permet de gerer quelques repas en autonomie Manque de rapidite et d'amabilite du personnel du restaurant de l'hotel : 30 minutes pour etre servi a dejeuner alors que nous sommes les seuls clients

A praia do hotel é muito boa e o conforto e amplitude do quarto são o ponto alto do hotel. O restaurante também é muito bom. Experimentem a sopa do dia. Está localizado entre árvores frutíferas num terreno enorme e a limpeza é muito boa. O mau gosto da decoração da área comum, à exemplo da recepção, q é horrível e causa uma péssima primeira impressão e tem uma fonte azul horrenda no meio do jardim q não precisava existir...mas demais o hotel é ótimo e o quarto muito amplo e bonito.

Het personeel bij aankomst was zeer vriendelijk, kamer was netjes en direct beschikbaar. De locatie, bij direct aan het erg mooie strand is prima. De service op het strand zelf is ook prima. De viceroy er vlak naast is uiteraard een stuk mooier en luxer, maar daar is de prijs ook naar. De kamer zelf was erg gehorig, er zaten bij sommige (kleine) raampjes geen glas maar stukjes gaas waardoor het buitengeluid zeer duidelijk binnen te horen was. Dat betekende dat de diverse hanen, die rond 03:00 en later beginnen met hun gekukeleku, indien je dat op prijs stelt is dat fijn. Voor ons was dat minder, helemaal rond die tijdstippen. We zijn vervolgens verhuisd naar een andere kamer waar wel de ramen allemaal van glas waren, ook daar was echter een groot raam waar de welbekende luiken voor zitten met daarachter plastig. Wederom niet erg geluidsdicht dus. Dat was eigenlijk het grootste minpunt, de gehorigheid van de kamers. Wellicht is dat bij andere kamers anders dan heb je een prima locatie nagenoeg direcht aan het strand. Verder is Anguila, en dus ook deze resort wel aan de prijzige kant. Maar ook daar zijn oplossingen voor, zitten prima lokale eet- en drinkgelegenheden waar voor normale prijzen gegeten en gedronken kan worden.

Excellent accueil, équipe et management parfait. Etablissement soigné. Cuisine gastronomique. Chambre bien équipée (climatisation silencieuse, radio avec support Iphone), au calme et avec une vue (3ème étage) superbe sur la piscine et le jardin. Connexion wifi rapide et gratuite dans tout l'établissement. Grand parking gratuit. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la bouteille de champagne offerte par la direction pour l'anniversaire de ma fiancée. Prestations dignes d'un **** Literie à parfaire (matelas) - mais je suis très difficile :-)
