The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and happy positive people. The hotel is beautifully situated 5 mins from the beach, with at least two pools. It was a very quiet and relaxing way to end our brief visit to the Caribbean. The best hotel I stayed in out of 7 on my trip through UK, NL, Sweden, Puerto Rico, Dominica and North Carolina.

Really very little, except that it would have been easier not having to go up and down two flights of stone stairs with luggage, but I needed the exercise anyway! There were some signs of wear, like the sticky wardrobe doors and 2-3 outlets that didn't work, but I would much rather have a few things like that and a lower price!

The waitress at breakfast was very kind, showed a great hospitality.

Once upon a time this must have been a great place to stay with a beautiful garden. Today it's outdated and needs maintanance. Price however is high. Too high for the offered quality.

Cute little hotel and friendly staff.

It was a little farther from the beach than I thought it would be, however Meades Bay was spectacular once you got there. Nothing special or local about breakfast.

The pool was not attractive at all. Try to take a stroll on property and were attack by dogs. Talk to the young lady at the desk and she goes I would tell management.

Our Carty Suite was just right for our needs. Air Conditioning in middle of afternoon was lovely. View was great.

While it was hot outside, it still would have been nice to have consistent hot water in the tub and shower. Only last day did we actually get real hot water to shower with, too hot sometimes.

the staff are lovely. room was quite comfortable and quiet - based on the layout of the hotel, I would expect almost all the rooms to be similarly quiet and comfortable. very clean. the rum punch offered at check in was a lovely touch, much appreciated. pre-trip correspondence to arrange ferry transport was detailed and extremely helpful.

the walk to the beach was only 5 minutes but it was just a bit further than I expected, so we ended up driving to beach most days.

Very kind and helpful staff. A lovely stay. Great beach.

No complaints, but not on the beach. A three minute, pleasant walk, not a problem.

The atmosphere was very relaxing and pleasant, the beaches calm & soothing. The locals were friendly and helpful when information or help was requested.

Did not like the Mosquitoes they were very annoying, but I guess this time of year not much can be done.
