останавливались на 10 дней, в мае. хороший, чистый пляж. вежливые, всегда готовые прийти на помощь девушки с рецепции, отличные официанты. очень уютный ресторан. близко к аэропорту. нет руссо-туристо.

несколько раз не убрались в номере, что превращалось в настоящую трагедию, т.к. пляжный сезон, везде песок, вода и проч. не убирали балкон, не протирали стулья, хотя был сильный дождь и очень грязно. кухня средиземноморская, но какая-то не очень вкусная. плохие завтраки. кроме как на такси, выехать невозможно. сходить, кроме близлежащих рестораций, некуда. есть пара магазинов.

Отель находится прямо у моря. Вид из окна просто великолепный. Отзывчивый и вежливый персонал, официанты в ресторане. Понравился собственный пляж, который был всегда чистый и ухоженный. Еда в ресторане просто замечательная, а порции такие огромные что заказывали одну на двоих!!! Так же неплохой завтрак, шведский стол.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! And the hotel is directly at the beach, with trees shading the restaurant area between hotel and beach ... when we were looking for a high chair for our baby in the breakfast restaurant there wasn't any available, but the the staff actually came up with a baby buggy to use (which we could borrow for the rest of our stay)

The hotel was good, staff very good always asking if there is something you needed or if you was ok, if there was anything you needed they would try and help you as much as they could, would stay there again

The food was not that good there, if they could sort that out it would be much better there, but we do like to go out for food so did not worry us to much

-very professional, honest and kind service, but not too keen -clean rooms, beds and sheets -clean kitchen -unbelievably fast and reliable Wireless Internet connection in the room -lots of small details that can improve your stay but may not be expected in a 3* hotel (mini fridge, blow dryer, slippers, international TV channels, large private terrace, safe...) -great view

-the hotel is worn out. It is in a need of serious renovation -bathrooms are small and have a discrete smell -the safe in our room was broken -it takes 5-6 flushing to get rid of a piece of toilet paper from the toilet -it is very far from the city center and the taxi is not cheap -the beach is in a bad condition probably because we were out of the season -there is no place to walk on foot anywhere around the hotel. Not even couple of inches of a pedestrian zone. It's either mud and sand or the highway -there are no well supplied stores nor good restaurants nearby. The closest pharmacy, bank and the exchange office are 30 min away by foot -except of the receptionist no one understands a word of English (or German). This is a general case in whole Durres -no room service and no food allowed in rooms -no chairs and table on the terrace -thin walls, but since we were the only guests it was only an occasional disturbance. I don't know about the middle of the season.

Restaurant, beach

Very serviceminded staff. Good restaurant and a good brekfast buffé. English speaking in reception and restaurat.

The staff in the hotel and in the restaurant as well was very helpful.The rooms were clean,the wifi worked excellent in our room,and also in the restaurant.We've enjoyed the meals in the restaurant,thanks for that!The beach bar,with it's great service made our staying more comfortable during the holiday. If we ever come back to Albania,we'll stay here.

The breakfast could be maybe a bit varied.

We stayed here for two nights. The Hotel is 12km south of Durres and is right on the beach. Our room was on the first floor and had a large balcony (larger than the room itself!) with a view of the sea. There was no table or chairs on the balcony although we were given two chairs when we asked for them. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. If you are looking for a beach side holiday then it is perfect. Our only concern was that there were many hawkers walking up and down the beach selling their wares. They were not obtrusive but we found the constant stream of hawkers a bit annoying.

I am mostly pleased. I knew few of Albania and was surprised to see how people are friendly, modest and polite; hotel team is excellent working, very attentive to the guest, very professional and good-working. Cuisine was excellent. Beach neat and clean. Prices more than acceptable. Free sunbeds. My special thanks come to Elvis at the restaurant and Esi and Elisa at the reception, who was very friendly and helpful to all of us in different situations.

As I promised, there are really issues which you can fix. The wifi is not working in the corner rooms. When you leave the room and close the door, time passes before the light goes on in the corridor; you walk in full darkness and can strike the wall. This is a family hotel, but no child menu; kids like funny dishes and also can't eat adult size one kilogram of spaghetti. You could empty trashcan on the beach more often. No shower or change cabins on the beach.

Hotel personnel was perfect especially the receptionists and waiters in the restaurant. Service on the beach was great.

The breakfast should be more diverse.

The hotel is situated right on the beach and has a really nice restaurant/bar area. The staff is excellent! They went out of their way to satisfy our requests and gave us guidance on what to do while at Durres. The hotel reception staff is really friendly and helpful.

The service is really good, they speak very well English and give you lots of information. Behind the hotel you can go to the beach, where you can sit for free because you're a guest at the hotel. That's ideal. The rooms are big and comfortable, we even had a balcony where we could dry our towels

Very friendly and helpfull staff (reception, restorant, beach, cleaning service). The beach in front of the hotel is not crowded. The restorant has an open area under pine trees with sea view.

In the restorant there is no menu in english, but this is the problem of all restorants we visited nearby.

Very nice staff at the reception. We were surprised to see the wifi working in the room as well even though our reservation said "public areas" only. Convenient, ample parking.

The breakfast buffet was not very extensive and not very tasty but that seems to be a general issue in the country. A completely dirty glass in our bathroom. The bathroom could use some more cleaning in general.

Friendly helpful staff. Very good restaurant. Nice large room with balcony. Can be reached by local minibus from Tirana and Durres. Private beach with parasols and beds.

Beach can get very busy on a Sunday.

I stayed at Hotel Bel Conti three nights. The room was well furnitured, very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The hotel has its private beach which was very clean.

On the downside, the room was a bit small and I would prefer if the hotel has a playfield for children.

The room in the Hotel was fabulous. We had a large balcony over looking the Ocean. It came with free Internet, Parking and Breakfast. Everything was perfect and the reception staff were very helpful and very kind. We would definitely stay there again if we pass by in our travels. The food in the Restaurant was very good.

The Restaurant staff are not very friendly and they need to smile a lot more and be more friendly, especially the Breakfast Staff.

The location of the Hotel was great since you have a view on the sea and is located next to the beach.

Les réceptionnistes aimables et qui parlent très bien anglais. La chambre spacieuse avec une grande terrasse. La plage privée et le restaurant en terrasse.

Nous ne connaissions rien de Durres en réservant cet hôtel et pensions être à l’extérieur de la ville. C'était le cas mais le littoral est tellement bétonné que nous nous sommes tout de même retrouvé entre des barres d'immeuble et l'autoroute qui fait beaucoup de bruit. C'est la cas quelque soit l’hôtel dans toute cette partie du littoral. Concernant l'hôtel en lui même, il est très dommage de ne pas pouvoir prendre son petit déjeuner sur la terrasse du restaurant et de devoir rester à l’intérieur dans une pièce fumeur.
