I absolutely loved my stay here. The room was exceptionally clean upon arrival. Check-in went smoothly. The staff were very friendly. The daily housekeeping was also nice. The breakfast was amazing and far exceeded my expectations!!! So many options and it was inclusive! Each morning, they serve bread, egg, sausage, cucumber, tomatoes, cake, petulla, fruit, juice, and coffee. I looked forward to breakfast everyday! It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the center of town. There are plenty of beaches to choose from nearby. I would definitely stay here again for my next trip to Ksamil.

I had an excellent experience at hotel Lula, I live in New York and traveled around the world There is a security gard at night that makes sure all the guests feel safe. The owner Mr. Lula made sure I had everything needed. The staff is friendly and kind. The beach is super close. The hotel location is 7 minutes from the center and it is quiet at night which I like very much. They serve delicious breakfast I will return to Ksamil and I will gladly stay at this hotel again

Everything! 1. The family running hotel is renovated and in perfect location - central, but quiet; close to the beautiful beach, restaurants and markets 2. The room is very clean, comfy beds, quiet conditioner, good shower, cleaning every day, refrigerator 3. The breakfast is one of the best in Albania. Many varieties, homemade, local products, very tasty. We have been spoiled by Stella - the owner who prepared our breakfast every day. 4. The owners Petro and Stella are very caring and helpful.

lovely and budget friendly property. Petro and his family are the most welcoming hosts, even offering us a lift when there was some traffic in town delaying a taxi. We went in the off season and had a private and quiet bit of paradise. fantastic cooked breakfast with a amazing view every morning. Very much recommend staying in the suite with the double windows if you can, there’s no better view. Steps away from a private beach and a short walk to more restaurants and shops.
