The hotel rooms are beautiful. Great is decorated and it is much comfortable and pleasant. The staff is totally ok. Kind and hospitable. Hotel has a nice bar which was also very nice to spend time. Value for money is excellent. Also at the bar and in the restaurant prices are great. In any case, I recommend!

It has everything you need. Built with great taste and convenience for guests. The indoor pool on the top floor and gym are just wonderful. Secure underground parking and identified. Polite and courteous staff, who speak English. Compliment to the owners and courteous staff !

a bit noisy from the room above!

Very nice staff, got un upgrade and had room no 403 which is absolutely recommandable, very modern large bathroom with window. From the room you have a splendid view over the suburbs of Tirana to the mountains.The pool on the 6th floor is really great. Breakfast buffet very good.

The Wardrobe couldn't be open unless getting on you foot on the bed... very "silly". They asked me for a "push upgrade" on the room (paying the difference) as soon as i got there

The owner must be a fitness enthusiast: The gym was very well equipped! A bus stop with frequent connection to the center is just infront of the hotel.

Nothing to complain about.

The restaurant is open unil late evening. Free swiming poll at the last floor. Big rooms. Free parking.

The colours in the room and restaurand clash. However the room was big there are only a few furnitures inside so the room seems deserted. The hotel is far from the city centre and there is no pavement along the part of the street (Rruga I Elbasanit). The breakfest was poor. There was no black tea.

Staff and service

The information on the ,ocation of the hotel was not good. It said about 1 km, while it was more than 3 km to the center. One could hardly walk to town from there - a bit far with no sidewalks

Assolutamente non vale il suo prezzo. Wi-fi che si interrompe ogni 5 minuti, no canali italiani, no asciugacapelli e porta della doccia rotta. Per la mía esperienza un disastro.

Soggiorno di 3 notti in Suite con vasca in camera. Complimenti per tutto allo staff, e a tutto il personale del ristorante per la buona cucina

O tutto il piano 5 .. O forse solo la stanza 503... C'è 24 ore al giorno il rumore Dell'acqua della piscina ... Impossibile riposare

La cortesia del personale, la pulizia, la colazione, la cena, tutto all'altezza di un buon Hotel, anzi forse di più delle aspettative, considerato il contesto in cui ci trovavamo. Complimenti

είναι ένα πάρα πολυ καθαρό και προσεγμένο ξενοδοχείο. το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό με τους πελάτες. οι χώροι των δωματίων πολύ ευρύχωροι, προσεγμένοι και πεντακάθαροι. ο χώρος του ξενοδοχείου επίσης πολύ καθαρος και προσεγμένος. συγχαρητήρια τόσο στην διεύθυνση του ξενοδοχείου όσο και στο προσωπικό.

1. Έχει πολύ καλό γυμναστήριο και πισίνα, δωμάτια μέτρια αλλά καθαρά 2. Η τιμές του καλές

1.Το Ιντερνετ είχε μεγάλο πρόβλημα , με αποτέλεσμα στα 3 βράδυα που έμεινα, να ψάχνω να βρώ σύνδεση εκτός ξενοδοχείου για να πάρω τα mail μου. 2.Το ξενοδοχείο στο Ιντερνετ παρουσιάζεται ως 4 αστέρων αλλά όταν φτάνεις στο ξενοδοχείο βλέπεις ότι είναι 3 αστέρων. Αλλού γράφει 3+. Μπέρδεμα.

Im White Dream Hotel hat mir(uns) alles super gut gefallen. Die mitarbeiter sind sehr nett,sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit... Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber..... Vorallem hat uns super gut gefallen das die Hoteldirektorin slebst um das woll der Gäste kümert so was habe ich noch nie und niergendwo vorher erlebt...
