Staff is excellent and enthusiastic. The only comparable treatment I have received ever was at world class hotels. And they were still not as kind as the staff of this hotel. Breakfast buffet is delicious and servers at tentative. Well run, attractively furnished and comfortable.

Location, 5 minute walk to Republic Square, staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is situated on a quiet street.Checked in at 0600 hours and was only charged 1/2 a day for that.

Requested non smoking but was assigned smoking, changed the room to non smoking and was assigned a room with a view of a what appeared to be a shanty town, 3rd try, got assigned a nice non smoking room with a view of the street. On check out requested a taxi to the airport and was informed that it would be 8000 AMD dram, which I declined as the fare is only 4000 AMD dram when the meter is used.

Great location, right in the center with all major attractions in walking distance. Fair breakfast. Tourist office in the same building can help arrange guided country trips.

Awful wifi coverage which drives you crazy. Facilities are very basic, but its what you expect from Erevan, where the choice is limited by just 4 decent hotels. Personell not particularly friendly or well-trained, but if you are on a 3-day trip its an ok choice.

I found the staff very accomodating and professional. I stayed at the Europe Hotel 8 years ago and this stay was a great improvement from the last. While the internet (Wi-Fi) was not always a very good connection, the interet was available and functioning. I recommend the Europe Hotel as a good lodging choice while in Yerevan and would stay there again.

The size -better than enormous, anonymous hotels. The location -central so walking distance from everything. The staff particularly -very professional, friendly and helpful.

In England, all hotels have a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, but I never find this service in other countries.

hotel staff were kind and lovely also the try to help us in every cases.the hotel situation was very good.

slippers were not provided for two person .there was an awfull noise under the hotel ground some thing like the train sound on metro rails.

the cost of services alike water , food , taxi was triple expensive than usuall but at the poorest quality .

The WiFi internet was very good and also the breakfast and the duration of time for it.

They do not change the linen of the bed frequently every day.

They don"t have toothbrush and toothpaste and slipper and breakfast were poor and .......

Staff were vey freindly and helpful. Breafast had a good variety.

The facilities were old.. Not like 4 star hotel.. No cafe maker.... No drinking water..

Some of the staff is very friendly (Cleaning ladies, and brekfast staff), but on the reception werent so supportive. e.g. I have explicitly asked to call a "normal" taxi to take me to the airport (I have spent 15 min to arguing that I dont need special service, just to call a taxi as the last 2 times I have been there), at the end they booked 3times more expensive pick-up service from my credit card, before showing me the invoice. Also the minibar invoice wasnt correct...

I would rate the hotel as a quality 3* as per Europe standards.

Location - a stone away from Republic square and an easy walk to main pedestrian area with lots of coffee shops (Northern avenue and Opera park square) Great breakfast buffet with lots of fresh fruits, as well as eggs, cold cuts and crepes.

Mattresses (too soft and not comfortable) and bed linen (not 100% pure cotton) are unfortunately not of the 4 star quality that the hotel advertises as.

Very comfortable and a few walks from Plaza of republic. Very good breakfast.

The only disappointment was about information asked in the reception. There was some confution and contradictory answers, according to whom you asked the same question.

Hotel central to resturants and Peoples(public) Square nice at night too.. costs 3900 (AMD) in taxi. Get Taxi to switch on Meter. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Area safe but not too well lit at night. go left when leaving hotel and Peoples square less than 5 mins walk where bars and places to eat are located. go right and 10 mins walk is lots of park based little cafe's. loads of shops off from peoples square heading away from the hotel. some expensive. Generally food and drink cheap. visa on arrival (3000 AMD) to Yerevan get local money asap, take a spare passport photo with you and head straight to visa desks before you can get luggage. Famous for conac that Winston Churchil had.

Street hotel is in very tired at one end and not well lit at night. building work in area so it can only get better. Safe place no issues day or night. Drivers ignore pedestrian crossing so beware..

They didn't clean my room properly everyday, they usually forgot to remove empty bottles or trash.

Really a good simple hotel. Location is excellent (less than 300 meters from City center Republic Square). Room is clean and staff is helpful. Good place to stay!
