Best hotel I've stayed in the country: - Excellent hosts, very friendly. - Excellent food, very cheap, home made. Best food we've eaten in the country. - Large and clean rooms, very quiet. - All facilities: swimming pool, ping pong, billiard, games...
Location, very close to Haghpat Monastery, nice view to the Canyon Debed, hospitality, very good armenian food.
Unexpectedly comfortable modern hotel in such small far village. Realy cosy place with hospitable owner. Local food.
in process of bulding new block of rooms, however no sound of it.
You feel welcome there right away, the staff is very friendly, it's like a big family! The location is idyllic and the rooms are very good. The food was also excellent and plenty.
Great view, great staff, great food.
Majestic place above river valley with Haghpat monastery looming above. Very nice family hotel.
View of Debed Canyon Eager to help staff Wonderful homemade dinner
Location. Far from the city centet... But close from Haghpat Monastery
Nice location. Easy to find, there are a lot of road signs. Tasty local dinner. Good wifi connection.
Friendly but non english speaking staff. The bedspread was used for many ears and a little dirty. The bed had a smell of antique.
Fantastic family run hotel. The owner Sophia cares very much about the guests. Very good Armenian food.
I have never come across such a jovial host as Sophi. Everything we wanted was provided enthusiastically, and our taxis were organised with good prices and good drivers (by Armenian standards). Room was clean and the location was impressive.
It can be a bit chillier up in the mountain, but we have found that that can be easily sorted with a fleece or pullover.
A wonderful guest house for anyone staying in the Debed Canyon. The hosts were friendly and gladly made us meals whenever we requested it. Nice scenery and a comfortable room made this one of the highlights of our stay in Armenia.
Extremely friendly hosts, cheap comfortable room and some great homemade food. Definitely recommended for a visit to the monasteries.
The host was just so friendly, room is not big but very clean and comfortable.
A great hotel that is more of a guest house. The staff were always helpful and the food was amazing. We met an Armenian family that was staying there as well and had a wonderful time hearing their stories over dinner. It was a bit too cold to use the pool but it would have been great for our daughter. The rooms are quite large and ours had a kitchenette which was a nice change from the smaller spaces we were staying in and very helpful for catching up on laundry.
