We paid for two rooms for 5 nights, for our family. My room was the Deluxe King Suite and from the first day we had it, the door knob never locked or allowed the door tos hut completely. So,everyday, when we came back from a day excursion, our door was literally open a crack. We thought housekeeping had left it open, but, that wasn't the case. Also, the closet door kept sliding back closed, so it was impossible to keep it open while getting your clothes. When I brought this to the attention of the reception, they were very willing to acknowledge the problem, but, they never asked what they could do to make us happy or change our rooms. I even needed postcard stamps to have the hotel mail them for me and the manager still asked for postage money. Ridiculous!
I liked the location near the bazaar/market, which was right across the street from the hotel. Also, the hotel was only a few blocks away from Republic Square and most local things to do.
Also, the restaurant Manager is personable and makes sure that he goes up to each guest to acknowledge them. I loved that!
