The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and quiet (partly with balcony). The breakfast is good. The location is right in the center of Yerevan (5 minutes to the main sights). The prices are reasonable. All in all the hotel is high value for money.

The hotel has excellent location - just five minutes walk to Northern avenue and Opera House, and two minutes walk to the main square. Good breakfast with selection of fruits, yogurt, and fried eggs and armenian coffee served. Warm hospitality of staff, everyone was very friendly and eager to help. Very much value for money. Free Wi fi which worked perfectly and the speed was very good. The only recommendation would be to ask some clarifying questions from the staff when booking the room, some of rooms are smaller and some are larger, some have balcony, and some do not.

The quality of linen could be better. It also would be nice to have some vegetables (like tomato and cucumbers) for breakfast.

1) Doors are not noise-insulated - I was awakened in the middle of the night by some guests having a conversation in the hall. 2) Although the hotel is in the city centre, it's on a small street that most taxi drivers don't know, so it was hard for them to find it most of the time. Our transfer to the airport was 15 minutes late because the driver got lost. 3) The outdoor pool wasn't working - a bummer in the +32 C heat.

Internet was very poor. And since neighboring had internet working fine, it's hard to believe it is the provider's fault. Definitely an it should fix this, as otherwise it would be my favorite place for business trips to Yerevan.

Very nice location - in the center but far from the large streets and the noise. Staff was not outstanding, but definitely friendly and polite. The rooms are cosy and clean, some with very nice balconies. All in all, good value for money and a nice way to get a comfortable stay while avoiding large chain hotels.

The only two complaints are that the pillows are not very comfortable and the view is not so nice - there's a huge construction site next door. No noise though!

Двери в номера из пластика, когда курят в холле, дым попадает в номер. Рядом стройка, но нам не мешало, работ не велось.

新しいホテルの割に設備も安作りの印象。１００ドル内外であれば納得感も あるが、１５０ドルするＳｅｍｉ－Ｓｕｉｔｅにしては少し使っている家具などより 割高感がした。 ホテルに到着したら宿泊代６０００ＡＲＤをカードからブロックさせてもらった という報告があったが、事前に知らせて欲しかった。最初から現金で 支払おうと思っていたのでいきなりＢｌｏｃｋしたと言われても、どうしてという 感じが否めない。

It gives the feel like being operated as a family owned business but without the commitment. When ordering a taxi to depart, the staff had to squeeze out a few extra Dram on taking a cut on the taxi. I don't mind paying for service, but not being treated like a fool. The street around the hotel is very dodgy, dark at night and dangerous traffic. Not the place woman would like to stay alone.

The Hotel is in mid Yerevan and 5 min walking from Republic Square, Opera, Cathedral (10 min). Close to the main street Masthot, where you can get taxis, buses, restaurants... The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is simple but enough. Our room was big enough for 2 people. With the bedroom and small living room. No noise from the A/C and very quiet aound If I go again to Yerevan, I would go to same hotel.

Only I can complain about the street where the Hotel is located. It is dark at night (no street lamps). Even though it was dark, the City is very safe. And too many construction sites around. But there was not any noise from the sites.
