Wonderful staff and great value hotel. Also we felt very safe as we went out every night and didn't get back into the hotel until 3 or 4 in the morning. I think toilet paper should be provided every time housekeeping is done. Also you should receive 2 towels per guest (one for shower and the other one for the beach or pool) |

room was comfortable. location is ideal if you want to be close to the airport which is approx. 20 mins away but you need to rent a car to get around or into town. staff was helpful in arranging transportation not like your typical hotel/motel... No one was there to check me in when I arrived. I waited 45 mins to be checked in! The pool was opened an hour later than they said. |

Ik vond de sfeer bijzonder relaxed winkels waren in de nabijheid en ik zat met de auto snel en eenvoudig in het centrum van Willemstad. Ik heb gekozen voor een appartement met 1 slaapkamer omdat deze beoordelingen zeer positief waren en dat klopte ook. |

el precio, su ubicacion y el servicio de transporte para llevar al huesped todos los dias hacia el centro,playas ect. sin costo adicional, hacen de este hotel una exelente alternativa. es mi segunda visita. |

Het personeel was ontzettend aardig en zeer behulpzaam en de locatie was gunstig om zelf op pad te gaan. Alles is aanwezig maar het ziet er ongezellig uit. |

Su personal por ser amables y serviciales en especial el Sr. Marcial, las instalaciones son muy buenas y en especial la paz y tranquilidad que se siente alli. Me parece que como minimo deberian distribuir un papel higienico diario y/o cada dos dias a cada habitación y no lo hacen, por lo demás no tengo ninguna queja.. |

la habitación es muy buena, con mucha privacidad muy confortable, y uno tiene la ventaja de ahorar en la comida, porque la prepara uno mismo, a mi y mi esposo no gusto demasiado. la piscina es muy bonita, y el transporte bueno el chofer muy amable. gracias. al principio lo lejos del centro, pero cuando nos enteramos que habia transporte ya no habia problemas. |

De rust, met vriendelijk personeel die naar welzijn van de gast blijven informeren. klachten werden direct verholpen. Studio's sterk verouderd, maar appartementen zeer mooi. |

Que dentro de la locura de preciosa, no era de lo mas caro... Pues que el mapa, la posición en la que está en al página web no tiene nada que ver de la posición real. Nos venden el hotel, en medio de la capital, en un sitio genial aun precio de ensueño, y resulta que está a 20$ de la capital en táxi!!!! ida, y lo mismo a la vuelta. Si quieres ir a la playa, o a la que te llevan (5$ la entrada) o mas de 30 minutos andando... |
