Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, always with a big smile the bathroom should be refurnished. cleaning of room should be done more thoroughly and not limited to making up beds |

The location is perfect. In the heart of the city. The staff was very helpful. All questions/remarks were handled to our satisfaction. I would stay there again. Internet only in the lobby. Furniture needs replacement of maintenance. |

The location, just a block away from the downtown core of Willemstad, was excellent. The free wireless Internet was nice, although you could only use it in the lobby. The staff were very nice and helpful. Lobby area is very pleasant with a nice waterfall and fish in a pond. Elevators were very fast. Having to take my laptop to the lobby to use the Internet was a hassle, but it was nice that it was free. It would be very nice to have the Internet service available in the rooms, however. The free parking was nice, but sometimes late at night there was no space available in the parking lot. Room was very clean with one exception -- mold on the inside of the closet doors. It got on my shirt sleeves and I had to wash them. Hotel should include some more amenities like travel-size shampoo bottles and lotion. That would help to increase the desirability of the place. The rooms are a little "tired," but at a mid-range price, that was expected. |

From our room the viewing of the sea was awesome!. The Hostess who attended us (Miss "Carmencita" Superviser as long as I remenber) were very kind. I will recommend you for sure! |

The location of the hotel is perfect to walk to downtown and get to know around Willemstad. Also, the hotel staff is very friendly and speaks many different languages. The room did not look so clean and the toilet was too old and a bit broken. There was also a funny smell in the room. The lobby and the mezzanine were the only parts of the hotel with wireless internet, but the lobby was full of mosquitoes. I think internet should be available in all the rooms and not just the common areas. |

La ubicacion excelente, buen precio por reservacion, las instalaciones excelentes, todo de lujo, en plena punda, todo cerca.. Felicidades... La piscina deberian arreglarle el piso, y el agua y hielo deberian tener servicio en la habitacion sobre todo el agua... |

Het uitzicht is adembenemend over bijna heel curacao van "onze" 14de verdieping-kamer rond een hoek van het hotelgebouw. de kamer was nogal gedateerd. Een opknapbeurt van tenminste de badkamer zou geen overbodige luxe zijn.(het uitzicht maakte echter alle minder goede dingen helemaal goed!!!) |

Las habitaciones son muy comodas y espaciosas. Las duchas son algo pequeñas y no hay aire en el pasillo de entrada del hotel. |

prima locatie de kamers zijn heel oud en niet schoon. overal in het hotel druppelt water van het plafond. de badkamers zijn vies. de balkons onder ons zijn gedeeltelijk al afgebroken. |

Het hotel ligt centraal in Willemstad. Vanuit het hotel is de bootjesbrug, de drijvende markt, winkels, terrasjes, restaurants allemaal op loopafstand bereikbaar. Het zwembad is aan renovatie toe. Nodigt niet uit om hier te gaan zwemmen. De verf op de bodem is losgelaten. |

La discreción del personal, la cercania a los comercios, amplitud de las áreas sociales. La sala de baño, descontectualizada, poco mantenimiento, requiere una restauración inmediata, le deben colocar acondicionador de aire al lobby, colocar hielo a las habitaciones o mínimo maquinas dispensadoras de hielo en los pasillos de las habitaciones. |

de ligging van het hotel is fantastisch en schoon beddegoed het hotel is echt van "vergane glorie", dit was nu de 2e keer dat ik hier verbleef maar tevens de laatste, had bij aankomst direct het verblijf betaald maar kreeg alleen ontbijt en /of drankjes als ik weer een borg zou betalen of dit elke keer apart zou betalen,vuile badkamervloer. |

Su ubicación cerca de las tiendas para ir de compras. Su comodidad y la comida del desayuno, rica y abundante Lo que menos me gusto fue el trato de algunos, no todos, los recepcionistas. Deberian sonreir mas, ser un poco mas amables y atentos. |
