The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

The location right on the beach was the best point. The hotel was under renovation. The room we stayed in was yet to be renovated and showed it. Guest reviews are not in English so not understood by me. |

Mooie lokatie, mooie kamers erg vies (plafond vol muggen bij aankomst, veel dode muggen op muren, slecht schoongemaakt (bv achter wc-deur en bij buitenzitje, lege blikjes, zakjes etc.). Baliemedewerker 3x gesproken, erg ongeinteresseerd en grove fouten gemaakt. |

Op zich een redelijke accomodatie, doch zeer gehorig. Zou niet zo gauw voor dit hotel kiezen. Bijna elke nacht tussen 4/5 s'nacht wisseling van toeristen waardoor je wakker kwam te liggen. Denk vnl. veroorzaakt doordat het KLM personeel boven of naast ons kamers ter beschikking kreeg. Zie boven. Gezien het feit dat het resort wat verder van Kralendijk gelegen is, buit met de prijzen uit.... |

Schöne Lage am Meer und gutes Restaurantangebot im Resort. Servicequalität abhängig vom jeweiligen Mitarbeiter extrem unterschiedlich (von Top bis Flop). |

Sukelluskeskus toimi erittain hyvin. Oli erittain paljon puutteeita palvelussa.Ei pyyhkeita, ei toisena paivana siivousta, huonepalvelussa tilauksesta puuttui kastikkeet,kassakaapin avainta saimme odotta 2 paivaa, vaikka olimme priority listassa saada avain ensi tilassa.Ammeesta puuttui tulppa, toimitettiin kylla.Ravintolassa laskua sai odottaa 15min vaikka ravintolassa 2 ihmista.Palvelu hidasta ja kankeaa. |

Dejligt hotel, men dyrt. På et hotel til denne pris burde morgenmad og safety box være inkluderet. Vedligeholdelse af hotellet, specielt udendørs kunne være lidt bedre. Usædvanligt mange myg, men det kan hotellet vel ikke gøre meget ved???? |
