there was nothing likeable in this hotel

there is no AC at the reception and the lobby. at the lobby there were so many musquotos and soon as you sit down on those uncomfortable lobby seats you will be attacked mosquotos. this is a riksy for malaria and dengue fever.

The first room we got 2208 was not of standard, fridge not working and pipes The second room 2409 was okay though the basin and bathtub was blocked and the water was not flowing properly

It is at the Luanda port and quite central for reaching the seaside. It has proper facilities. The price is quite ok as Luanda is one of the most expensive city around the globe. you can pay with any credit card inc. master card, because it is a problem in most of the other hotels in the city.

The quality of the people working was poor. If you go to reception after midnight you might not find them as they are sleeping at the back of the counter. Or there are bellboys that does not like the tip you ve made for carrying your bags to the room and insist that you have to tip more for example. There is wi fi only at the lounge and as a result of some configuration problem, you cannot connect it from neither ipad nor iphone. The prices at the restaurant are ridiculous. The fully equiped gym!! consist of 2 bikes and 2 running belts.

The hotel is perfect located on the "Marginal", one of the cleanest parts of the city. The breakfast was good. Also perfect is the noise reduction. With windows closed you don't hear any traffic- noise from outside.

I had the big luck to find one of the most unfriendliest and most incompetent hotel reception employees worldwide. ( I travel a lot !!!). I booked nearly six weeks in advanve 2 single rooms including breakfast and sea view. During check in I asked the staff if both rooms are with sea view like confirmed. He told me that the hotel is fully booked and that there is no option for sea view. After more than one hour debate he gave us the rooms. Unbelieveable !!!!!

Reservation department of hotel is not Professional; I booked the 15 room by booking. Com and confirmed by Booking.com, but when I send a local friend to pay for this reservation, we was informed, the room is not enough. My god!!!!!!! The recent time, with the efforts of my local friends, the hotel tell us that they can unlock some rooms, but they haven’t single room which we ask for and this is be confirmed by booking.com, they have only Twin room and let us to pay more 50$ /room/night for this type room, if not, no room for us. For this time, booking.com tells us If we don’t pay more, they have no more solutions for the reservation, they lose their capability for control the reservation. We had to accept the condition of hotel. Then, I wrote a complaint letter to Booking.com, but there is not any reply for us. Is this booking.com? Is this hotel of Luanda

The elevator was ok!!!

Vastly overpriced, pathetic Gym, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, in a poor location and in a town with no taxis, this is not good.....

La ubicacion. El bar cafetería recién restaurado

Mal la recepción. Lenta. Mal atendida por el personal muy insolente. Mal las habitaciones. El aseo asqueroso. Limpieza deficiente. El precio es muyyy elevado, aunque es lo más económico de la ciudad. Fatal el wifi. Mal el restaurante con un calor bestial desde primera hora mañana. Hace que te siente mal el desayuno.

Da vista para a Baía e ilha...da simpatia dos funcionários. Dos pequenos almoços.

Accueil mauvais, Chambres inconfortables, délais énormes pour tous les services, chers, Aucune aide, Aucune recherche de solution pour le client quand se pose à lui un problème, Sale, Vieux, clim, douche... qui ne fonctionnent qu'à moitié. Une des pires hotels dans lequel il m'a été donné de séjourner.

Localizado em local degradado e sujo, reforma durante horários inadequados e falta de serviço de taxi ou motorista.

Foram simpaticos e estive no 9 º piso parte nova, que é o unico piso renovado, os restantes ja muito ultrapassados como comodidade.

Não durmo la mais porque tive de ir para o aeroporto de boleia com uns amigos as 4 horas da manha em vez de ir as 6 h 30 , porque nao era possivel telefonar a chamar um taxi. Porque so trabalhavam com taxis privados, e so depois da hora do meu voo e que era possivel, no hotel skiner e tropico etc reservam nos taxis da cidade onde ja existe varios a qualquer hora.

é um hotel simpatico com bom pequeno almoço, esta todo em remodelação neste momento, os quartos são aceitaveis para os preços que se praticam em Luanda. WC ainda é antiga mas trabalha bem a nivel de chuveiro e agua quente.

nos corredores cheira um bocado a combustivel, terá problemas ou pouca exaustão de ar fresco. esta localizado na zona do porto de luanda.

Hôtel cher, mais tant que ça pour Luanda. Belle vue des chambres sur le port. Restaurant ok manque une bouilloire dans la chambre pour se préparer une boisson chaude. Paiement par carte bleue acceptée bon débit internet chambres calmes

Personal atento, habitaciones espaciosas con buenas vista a la bahía. Aire acondicionado conectado todo el día. La estancia fue agradable, no me importaría volver.

Cambiaban las sábanas y toallas todos los días, pero realmente no limpiaban demasiado. No funcionada el aire acondicionado en otros lugares, como la cafetería y el hall de entrada
