A very peaceful and serene hotel in the heart of Palermo. I was only here for one night but my stay was hassle-free. Breakfast was great and the room was well designed and very clean. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was quite friendly. On booking.com it's said to have 4 stars, but in reality it would not even deserve 3. the rooms are not special, with almost no light. During my three day stay, my room never got cleaned, the beds didn't weren't made and not even the minibar was filled up, after I had drunken almost all the first night. The breakfast was nothing special, there was toast, cooked-ham, one sort of cheese & cereals. The worst was that I had a shared bathroom which was in a bad state which I wasn't aware of before when I booked it.

The bathroom in the basement is neglected from a maintenance point of view. The tile needs to be redone and the wall in the shower is falling apart - there's also caulking around the tub that is full of mildew.

It was in a fairly quiet street and the first room I had was really nice. I didn't like the fact that one needs to run the bell every time one wants to get in the hotel.

It was a shocking surprise, very bad as far as every thing, the manager and the staff did not have any clue about hotel management. To us it was nightmare, dirty, molded bathroom, no soap, torn towels. I am sorry that we stayed for 5 nights.

The hotel reception, the garden, the breakfast. The room had no natural light. The pool was not clean and didn't have any furniture to sit outside and enjoy the pretty garden.

The staff at Palermo suites was the best part of our stay--Mary Elena, Pilar, and Maya and the owner were all incredibly helpful and we felt very comfortable staying there. The location was wonderful- close enough to Palermo and to the subte to get into the city but on a nice quiet and safe street. We had a great stay and great breakfasts!

Staff in this hotel is very unfriendly. Everything you ask them they do too long. For example, while we were writing for our room, they offered us to bring coffee. We waited for that coffee 25 minutes minimum. The check in time lasts for half an hour. Finally we have asked the staff about the spa. They recommended us one place and told us, that there is a spare time in a noon. We didn't go there, but when we were back, they asked us to pay money for the spa, because we haven't been there. We didn't ask them to make reservation and of course we didn't pay for that. But it was very unpleasant.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool in the green and tranquil courtyard and spa tub in our room provided a welcome respite after a day on the town in Buenos Aires on hot summer days. Having a private terrace also provided a relaxing place to unwind. The hotel is not large so you receive personal attention. The staff booked dinner reservations for us, arranged cabs, etc., and really took care of us. No complaints. The luxury suite we had on the second floor was just what we wanted.

Easy walk to shopping and restaurants in Palermo Soho. Small and quiet, unique building was a former residence. Good price. Wide range of quality. I booked the Urban Apartment which had 2 good sized rooms but only 1 bath. The bath was a bit dingy and had a leak. They put me in a more luxurious suite for one night because of it. The Urban Apartment was fine if you are not expecting a big hotel chain type room.

Deja mucho que desear...!! En las habitaciones falta mas confort, no tienen tv, y tampoco aire acondicionado, y te vende un paque mentiroso que no existe. El wifi en la habitacion no hay tenes que estar en el lobby para poder trabajar

Magnifique petit hotel de charme, correspond plus a chambre dhote que hotel. Malgres que ma chambre (la moins cher) navait qu'un tout petit velux, elle etait tres bien amenage avec beaucoup de gout (brique apparante). Petit dejeuner extrement copieux (patisserie, pain, jus dorange presse, fromage jambon, cafe, etc...).

La piscina y el salón son preciosos. Zonas zonas comunes. Las habitaciones son muy irregulares, nos tocó una en el sótano pegando a la calle y no dormimos en toda la noche porque parecía que estabas durmiendo en la calle, no había aislamiento ninguno. No hubo detalle alguno por el hotel cuando se lo comunicamos. Los baños comunes muy básicos y faltos de reforma.
